Sweetie, this is all wrong. The male is supposed to do the pursuing cause the female is the prize. You don't want back someone who can't be satified with you.
Get busy with things that are important: your family, your education, those in need. Make yourself the best you can be and let the loser guys go. When you are proud of who you are, you won't tolerate a guy who doesn't completely adore you. If you don't think you are worth it, make yourself into someone who is.

I think if he's with another girl but still call you then probably he hasn't made up his mind yet or he's playing you around. Move on, don't wait for him, but if you still like him, by any chance you can still answer his call and see what's going on.

You don't get him back. And if that's too hard to face, consider this-- the only possible way to make yourself attractive to him is to move on, letting him see you happy and lively and not immediately available to him.
