for the last few weeks my husband has been extremely affectionate and considerate towards me. He works the night shift so he would call me and sound enthusiastic in conversation and we would cuddle on the weekends when he's off. This past week he did not call, we only talked if I made the call ( I usually let him do the calling since he knows when he's free to talk) and he doesn't show any interest in cuddling even when I try to snuggle up to him it's like hugging a wall. he made a comment about bowling, I assumed he met together since we always bowl together (we don't go all the time, but when we do we always bowl together) when I mentioned coming along he changed his mind and made it seem like he was going the next day. I've asked was anything going on, what's wrong etc. no valid response. Does it sound funky or is it just a low point in the rollercoaster sense of marriage (as they say marriage has it's ups and downs)?

me and my boyfriend months ago had a fight and we broke up. when we were together again i asked him if he had done anything stupid while we broke up and he told me that he had sex with a bar girl.but when i told him that i still love him and willing to accept him and cried about it he suddenly told me that it wasnt true and just wants me to cry because he was still angry. but..i still want to know the truth if he did it. can any psychologists or experts out there help me to deal with my boyfriend. how will i let him tell me the truth? how will i ask him and talk to him? what will i say in order for him to tell me the truth without being afraid? please help. thank you.

hi, I need your advice. I am not a topmodel or anything similar but I believe I dont look so bad either. I go to high school and I am sixteen years old. even though I think I am fun to hang out with and I have many friends I dont seem to attract guys. at least they dont ever adress me in this way. many of my friends have boyfriends and admirers and I dont think I am anyhow worse than them. once a guy I really liked started noticeing me but a week later he asked me for my friends phone number and wanted me to set him up with her. so again it wasnt about me afterall. I am not unattractive or boring, I think that if a guy got to know me better he would find out. the problem is, no guys even approach me, they dont seem interested to get to know me better. I am a nice person come on!!!! please give me some tips, i want to be noticed.

My wife and I are talking about divorce. I still love her, however, she's told me that she no longer attracted to me and that we have grown apart. I haven't always been the best husband, but I've never been abusive.
We've been seperated for about a year and half now, I was deployed to Afghan for 8 months and then 3 months later I left for Korea. We haven't been togethor for about 2 years now.
I really don't want a divorce, however, she's made it evident that we'd never be close again. She has attempted to be friendly for years but she keeps becoming distant again. She was abused when she was a teen at home. I got used to her being distant.
The problem now is that I've been in military for 20 years now, married to her the whole time. I've put her through school, she has a Master's degree and has a civil service job with retirement benefits.
I've asked her about my retirement, whether she plans to try to take it, she never replies.
What does everyone think?

Am mid 20's and going through a divorce (strains of long distance relationship led to her infidelity). The only person I've really been able to talk to about this outside of family is an amazing young lady at work. We were already quite close but this brought us much closer. It culminated in us kissing for the first time around 5 - 6 weeks ago and we've both told each other several times we love each other. Problem is she is clearly torn. She's been in a 4-year relationship, is engaged, has a house, etc. etc. and doesn't want to hurt her fiance. I know the right thing would be to keep my distance until she knows what she wants, but there is such a strong feeling of attraction between us that it's proving very difficult. She's told me she owes it to him to make things work, yet tells me she has strong feelings for me and that I'm always on her mind. What should I do? What should she do? Both of our heads are a complete mess.
