i met this girl online and she gave me her cell number and screen name. i've already talked to her over aim, but have yet to call her. i just met her about a week ago. i've been talking to her on aim for only about 3 days though.when do you think the best time to call her would be?

Long story short. Married for 9 years. Husband left and moved 2.5 hours away out of state to Md. We have joint custody and a custody/visitation agreement through court. On it, all it says is that I have to notify my ex of my new address if I move. I have been deeply considering starting life over in Florida with my children. Will I need someones consent? Especially since he moved out of state and left the children behind?

Im so worried about him, hes 46 years old, he has back trouble, just got a nice apt, & got fired on fair just to see my dad in nursing home . Im so scared of his deep depression, right now hes delivery pizza & not making much, I cant help him. Please Pray for him & any smart Remarks, ill delete question, It hurts. We have no kids toghter.

If someone asks me out, I would feel horrible saying "no". Is there a nice way to say it? I usually end up making excuses but I know that is wrong. Is there something else I could say instead?

my boyfriend & i were celebrating one night & were drinking heavily & all lovey dovey. well, i walked upstairs (all the light were off) & he followed a few minutes later from the kitchen area. all of a sudden he popped me right in the lip. he has no recollection thanks to mr. jack daniels & also from crown royal. i think i might have scared him when he came around the corner and he just reacted the wrong way. well, of course i start yelling at him and the neighbors heard through the paper thin walls and called the cops. all they asked was did he hit me and for my driver license then arrested him. i have to show up in court tomorrow, but i want the charges dropped. what can i expect from the court appearance since i didnt press charges - the state did -and is it possible to get the charges dropped? i have known him forever and he treats me like a queen and is a good guy who just made a mistake. we're not even allowed to speak to each other and we're in the process of moving in together!

I am married to the youngest.....their favorite is the middle child. All of my husband's life, it was obvious the middle was prefered. Their parents would say yes to what the middle child wanted and almost ignored the youngest. I guess I don't understand how parents can have these preferences being that I have two boys and love them equally.

Well, I'm not saying he's a bad person but this favorite son been to prison, doesn't take care of his kids emotionally or financially, and he's on drugs. My husband, on the other hand, takes care of us, helps out in the community, and is a great father to our children.

Well, everytime one of our sons says something funny or does good in school, etc they say "Oh he's just like his uncle." How can my husband stop from being bothered about their remarks??? We hate feeling so annoyed!!! Please help!!!

Me and my bf like to go out every saturday , we have been together for almost 3 yrs , we dont like doing the same things . Can you give us any ideas on what we can do ?
We usually go out either to the movies then go for a walk after .
Or we usually go to Pv it is a place full off bars we usually hang there and have a couple of drinks and hang out with friends . We dont want to stay in coz we get bored , we are in all week and mostley go out on saturdays .

now I came to know the facts, she didn't get divorce from her former husband. it was church annulment. she could not marry in her religion, I thought she genuinly accepted the religion for me but she had her own purpose.she cheated me.she changed to islam and go t married to me.she came forward knowing fully well that I 'm a married for11 years with 10yrs child.my first wife is her colleague.
I want to divorce and take custody of child whom she 'll deliver in 2 months.

I broke up with my ex-boyfriend in November. Ever since then he has been trying to get back with me. Awhile ago, he let me borrow some money. I will be paying him back this week or next week. Last night he was blowing up my phone while I was at a party. I didnt pick up b/c everytime I talk to him he says mean and hurtful things, so I didnt answer. He sent me 16 threatening text messages saying BEWARE and BE READY and YOU'RE GOING DOWN!! He also sent messages calling me a STUPID *** B****!!! So my recent boyfriend wanted to cuss him out but I told him that I will deal with it. I text my ex and told him that if he didnt stop then I will take those messages to the police for slandering and threat. If I toke these text messages to the police will anything be done or will they look at me stupid. This is a concern to me b/c there has been two cases in my state last month when an ex boyfriend killed his ex girlfriend. So I dont know what to do. What would u do?

My boyfriend and I broke up. He has over a thousand dollars worth of my paintball equipment that he refuses to give back because he says I owe him money. He gave me money to start a home based business he never stipulated he would take my stuff if I didn't pay him back. I would have gladly paid him back but my business didn't work out. I opted to have a cosmetic surgery and he offered to pay for half I paid all the up front costs and and he never paid his half. So I think he owes me money to but I just want to call it all even, get my stuff back and move on. Any suggestions? And reasoning with him is not possible.

We are both unsure of the most fair way to handle our life insurance beneficiaries and whatever inheritance as far as our kids are concerned. Depending on who passes away first, it could leave one side or the other's children with nothing if either should happen to re-marry. There is also the question of should the kids even get anything when one of us passes, or should we leave everything to the remaining spouse and then do an even split between all 4 kids when the remaining spouse passes and how would that be affected if there was a re-marriage? It is one of those things no one really wants to think about, but also a very important thing to already have in place to save any hurt feelings later or leaving it up to the remaining spouse to figure out on their own. If anyone knows was is customary or truely fair for all parties, we would appreciate your input!

theres this girl whom I have known for a long time. Then one day, she kisses me and she wanted to make out with me. I was never married to my childs father. I have not been with him in 2 years. I am now trying to go work in Japan and take my 3 year old daughter (who lives with me). Her father says I cant do that because he doesnt want her to leave. Can he stop me? If We are not married dont I have full custody of the child unless proven otherwise? He just recently(in January) started paying a child support ( a measly $189.00) because he doesnt have a job. Does that give him any right? His name is also on the birth certificate. I also tried to explain to him that I would get like 10 weeks of vacation and I would bring her back to visit, but he is trying to give me a hard time. This is the opportunity of my life , I have a BFA Degree and I cannot find a decent job here. He has nothing (no degree, no house, no job) and he is 11 years older than me and trying to stop me from doing whats best for me and my child. Some one help!! What can I do??
