i met this girl online and she gave me her cell number and screen name. i've already talked to her over aim, but have yet to call her. i just met her about a week ago. i've been talking to her on aim for only about 3 days though.when do you think the best time to call her would be?

I am not sure but, you might be going a little bit too fast. Because she gave you her cell phone number that means that she wants to be contacted, but do not harrass her with calls, nothing pisses or freaks out a girl when a boy that she met only a week ago leaves 2 or three messages on her cell phone within a day. Just be careful to not over do it.
Keep on AIM'ing for about a week and than make contact.
