Think about it logically, do the math. Assume at least six guys a year since they start sleeping around at (we'll give them the benefit of the doubt) around 13 years old.

6 guys x 7 years = 42 guys.

And that's a conservative estimate.

If most guys had any idea how many other guys their wife or girlfriend has been with they would just curl up and die. This is why women never answer questions like this honestly.

Obviously it is going to vary from female to female. Because we have plenty of promiscuous women out there, along with conservative ones, etc.
Why don't you direct the question to a specific target, like 'if you're under 20, how many guys have YOU as a female slept with?' Though that is a touchy subject, you may not get many answers because it's quite personal.
