hi, I need your advice. I am not a topmodel or anything similar but I believe I dont look so bad either. I go to high school and I am sixteen years old. even though I think I am fun to hang out with and I have many friends I dont seem to attract guys. at least they dont ever adress me in this way. many of my friends have boyfriends and admirers and I dont think I am anyhow worse than them. once a guy I really liked started noticeing me but a week later he asked me for my friends phone number and wanted me to set him up with her. so again it wasnt about me afterall. I am not unattractive or boring, I think that if a guy got to know me better he would find out. the problem is, no guys even approach me, they dont seem interested to get to know me better. I am a nice person come on!!!! please give me some tips, i want to be noticed.

Guys are looking for someone who seems "easy". Their main focus is getting laid. You sound like a great gal. Stay true to yourself and do not try to change who you are or what you are comfortable with. You could try some light makeup or a new hairstyle but do not wear short or tight clothing to try to attract boys. You dont want loads of guys talking to you who want to get into your pants. This may give you a bad reputation. Just wait, an honest, upstanding guy will like you for exactly who your are.

Feel like in the same boat kinda, expect I'd never had a girlfriend. Just be yourself because one day, you'll fine guy that'll like you for who you are. Never give up looking. O by the way, it's what's inside that counts. Try to be friends with guys that like some of the stuff you like. If music helps you here is a playlist of songs, it helps me.

I'm sure you're a lovely person to be around with! I used to feell the same way. I used to feel that... if a guy actually took the time to know me, I'd be liked. But then I realised, if they can't even take the time to know me & be around me, they're not worth my time either! Don't give yourself so much pressure.
We're still teenagers. Sometimes we might not be looking for the right qualities that a guy should have. Most of the time, it's the psysical appearence that catches our eye. Thats more like lust than love ):
Give yourself time :) you're still really young. I wouldnt advice u to rush into a relationship. It takes alot of commitment. It takes 2 to make it work. Hang in there hun, one day, you'll find someone who'll sweep you off your feet :) Concentrate on the more important things for now. Like family, friends & SCHOOL! =D

I'd say you have a problem here .....Look at yourself a little honestly not your looks but rather what you're putting out there ....if you talk too much... or are really friendly shut up and try being not so damn friendly ...if you're quiet and shy try being a bit more outgoing ... some things are chemistry ...and you can change it by changing non verbal things about yourself .. do you sit like a man legs spread head out hunched over ...
do you walk like a duck confident in your own goofiness .. look closely at the top model girls and emulate them walk like a princess tjink before you speak ,, look guys right in the eye and act interested and then shift to shy and cutsy ...I'm a guy but assume i've seen every act that a girls putting on and some of it is obvious and some very flattering ...if you're curious about me and are working that hard to act like a girl for me i'm flattered and wonder who you really are ... you can be yourself later ..You won't need to keep up an act forever but the practice of walking like a lady and sitting sexily or standing correctly will in your whole life set you apart from every commmon girl who could care a less ...I honestly think it will get you a beter job help youir self esteem and maybe keep you from letting yourself go as you get older ....Mothers should raise their girls to be ladies not one of the guys ...thats what men want ...Boys just want to be men and girls who look like they're sophisticated enough to be going after college guys or older men are super attractive to young guys because they end up falling overthemselves trying to figure out why they can't impress you enough to get your attention... so i'd be looking at gettin a ton of class or the appearance of it ...It will serve you for the rest of your life ...may shock the hell out of your parents teachers and friends as well but show a lil class any bimbo can show her belly button like britteny ..she's just low class trailer trash ...put your chin up and be a lady ....mho

Yeah, if you don't give off the "I am easy" vibe, you wont get alot of second or third looks. You'll be treated nice because you are nice, but the pool of guys who want a nice girl is a lot smaller than the pool of guys who just want a one night stand. Keep your chin up. The right guy will come along soon. Keep the faith and pray about it. Seriously. Praying DOES help.

Whether you know it or not, someone does admire you or have a crush on you. Don't tell me you know every single person in your highschool and know who they like or don't like. Chances are, someone out there is admiring you from afar and just doesn't have the courage to come approach you. Don't go around looking for attention, unless you wanna be a clown. Be yourself. Stay the way you are. Someone will come along and confess eventually.

Try to make more guy friends. Most of the time a boyfriend will come to you if they know you well enough. I wouldn't want to go out with someone I didn't know, I would want us to be friends first.

Give it time, and you will be surprised, also, guys at that age are normally scared to approach girls,especially if the girl is good looking, sometimes you need to make a very obvious first move...

I prefer hair which is shoulder length or longer, And also since that men who like ladies are more often then not straight, they like long hair because that looks more feminine, as most males have short hair.
