I've been in 2 relationships in my life, so I'm not entirely unexperienced.

Anyway, I've never been more than a "B" or "C" student, with or without a girlfriend.

About 6 weeks ago, I finally threw in the towel (for good) and have since spent absolutely no time whatsoever trying to get to know girls, ask them out, etc.

I had high to low Cs in all my classes then, now I have mid to low As.

Okay, first off, I am 17, 18 in july and he is 20. Is that a horrible age difference?
And second, He and I are in a class together at school... At first I caught him looking over at me, and I was attracted the first time I layed eyes on him. He often looks over at me throughout the class, and when I leave he watches me. One time on our way home he seemed to be racing me through the intersection. Is he interested or am I just seeing what I want? He and I have been talking online and he has asked me to hang out but on both occasions I have had a previous engagment that has prevented me from seeing him. My biggest problem is, he is the guy who meets every last standard on my lists of "wants" for a boyfriend let alone a husband. I feel like if he gets away then I'm going to loose the guy of my dreams. Ever aspect of him is a quality that I have sought after and held out for... I really like him a lot. Help!!
What should I do?

Crush? Give up or make a move?

--I liked him back in Nov. He found out so I stayed away from him.

--We had a class together this term and he sat right by me. (assigned seats) We hung out 1 day with friends and after that he started talking to me almost everyday.

--Then one of my friends went up to him and said "do you like.." and he cut her off saying No. she tried again and he's like no.


I'm guessing it was to/about me.

Today he was looking at me.. I really want to know if we're friends, or could be more than friends. i'd like to get to know him better but I feel like I'm getting mixed signals.

What should I do? Just ignore the question my friend tried to ask and sit him down and talk about it.

I heard he's shallow and i'm not the best looking, and i'm kind of shy.

What should I do? Please help!

Ok so my best friend heard that some girl wanted to fight her so she asked around and found out that it is two girls. One in her 4th hour and the other in her 5th. She takes taekwondo but she is still worried. She says a green belt is not good enough to hold her own with these girls. i would back her up if i could, but we do not have 4th or 5th hour together so i cant help at all.

She has had this problem before, but the girls threatening her before were all talk, these girls are not afraid to hit her straight in the face and be suspended for it.

What do you think she should do? What advice should I give her?

Hey

I have been with my bf for a year now and we spend every second together and are madly in love. The only thing is.. I don't think he is as in to sex as me.... in the past I have claimed that guys only seem to want one thing and was sick of "one-track minds" and was over the moon to meet my boyf, who is sensitive and romantic and doesn't have a huge history of sexual partners.

The only thing is.... Im the one who innitiates it 9 times out of 10. When it happens it is amazing but sometimes I think he isnt interested. He says im being silly cause we have sex 5 times a week but I feel like if he really loved me he would "want" me a lot more in a sexy way? My friends seem to be having sex 3 times a day and we only had it twice in a day once.. months and months ago. I know he is straight .. and faithful so it can't be that. His dad died suddenly last summer and he works full time and is studying full time too. Could it be stress? x

This is my second marriage. After the marriage I discovered that my wife is an alcoholic. We have been now married for three years. While we were dating she used to drink but I did not come to know that she has this problem. She refuses to accept the problem. If I find her in non-sober state, she would completely deny that she had been drinking. Many times she would get mad and on a few occasions had gotten violent.

In addition to the alcohol she has the problem of controlling her emotion. Once she gets angry (which generally happens when I ask her whehter she has been drinking), she gets into this fit of anger and shouting which lasts for a day or two.

One the other hand, when she is in a good mood she is the best.. goes all the way out to make everyone happy.

But in the last few years, the relationship has developed such mist trust (because of her lying and alcohol) that I have lost my cool. We have 3 kids (2 hers one mine). I want the best for kids. Should I leave her?

my friend liked me wen i had a boy friend. we would text and he always would say i love you and stuff. he sed if i broke up with my boy friend he would ask me out. so i did. and he stopped talking to me.my bf still liked me so we went out. this was six mos. ago. so then about a month ago my friend sed he liked me again about 2 mos ago.but he wouldnt talk to me. we email and talk on the phone but he wont talk to me at school. my friend says is because hes too shy.so he asked me to go to a dance wit him and i sed yes.i missed a day of school a few days before the dance and he asked out my best friend. she sed no.then he told me it was just a joke.he didnt come to the dance. he sed he was grounded.to make up for that on valentines day he got me my fav kinda choclate, flowers and a teddy bear. then the next day his friend asks out a girl for him rite in front of me. and it was "just a joke"again. so then he made out w/ some girl and asked her out the nex day.now he likes me. duz he rele??

my own experience tells me that the only cure for a broken heart is time. thats the hardest part... is there some unknown cure that i dont know that i can do/figure out/etc. that will help me heal? i am trying to avoid answers like "get interestd in a new guy" or "find a hobby" b/c i have already found a hobby and i am not ready to find a new guy yet. i just wanted to see if there was another cure besides time.

My wife of 17 years fell in love with a coworker and she left me two months ago. She told me that she loves me but is not in love with me. I told her that after 17 years love is a commitement ie- paying bills together, picking up the kids, cooking together cleaning together ect. Heck last year she had a life saving operation and I was their holding her hand when she woke up and kissed her and told her much I love her. Is it possible when the lust of her new relationship wears off that she will realize who really loves her and that she messed up?

I am 25, and have the potential for a great relationship with a man who is older than me at 44. I know that the age disparity upsets my parents, but I am not bothered by it. They also say that I am "settling" for this man just because he shows me attention. Fact is, I am nearly in love with him. He makes me laugh, he is kind, and we get along so well. My family also has a problem because of some sexual comments he has made to me, but they were nothing I didn't want to hear and nothing I wasn't thinking myself. Because of these comments, they really hate him now. They think he is going to rape me, or have sex with me and tell everyone. I love my family, but I cannot bear the idea that in order for them to accept me, I have to lose someone I could have a good life with. My mom keeps threatening to disown me if I see him, to not ever talk to me again. Do I keep living my life in order to please my family?
