If you mean just looks then American men is vague. No one acctually has the American look. Our families came from some other location to begin with. So I'm confused. Tall dark and hansome works for me.

First of all % = out of 100, so 200% doesnt make sense....
American, does it matter? They are both caucasian.....are the personalities really that different?
If a guy just happens to be italian, i'd go out with him. I dont look at the races, i look and the attractiveness and personality.
People should be judged by their race.

American, the Italian's are more romantic thing is a myth, American men can be very romantic when their with the right woman.

I think italian men.Anyone with an accent is suuupppeeerr sexy.Also, over in europe they treat women differently.They never seem to do degrading or rude things to girls like whistle or catt call or spank.It is all choice, but then again accents get ME everytime.

American men, by far...Italian men always strike me as being slimy, and womanizing. Maybe that's Hollywood's fault.
