Don't be silly. Even entertaining the thought of getting together with a girl puts a problem in your relationship. Are you thinking with all your brain cells? For the favor of getting masturbated by this girl and masturbating her, you'll lose the guy you say you 'really like' and he would quite rightly dump you. Perhaps what you really are aiming to do is act like the 'bad girl' and get yourself dumped so you can be out of that relationship. Please, give yourself a break and get rid of the loser label. Think about what you actually want out of life. Get used to facing a dead end.
And your friend - no friend unless you share that whole 'let's get rid of our sexual tension through mutual masturbation' thing. Men and women hardly corner the market on fidelity but the stakes are much higher. People actually want their marriages to work and even if it is just for the benefit of the children whose DNA they share.
