How do u be friends to your ex?

My ex email me to know that he didn't wanted to be with me any more. He said that I had no consideration for him after all the stuff I put him thru. What am I do?

actually its really hard to be friends with an ex .its even harder if you still have feelings for him and you have to sit back and watch him be with other women.after i end a relationship thats that on that . move forward not backwards.good luck
