Four people are in a boat - The boyfriend, the girlfriend, an old man and the boatman.

In a storm at sea the BF falls off the rocky boat. The other three get to an island. The BF has swam to a nearby island.

The next morning the GF pleads with the boatman to ferry her across to her BF. The boatman says that he will not unless she sleeps with him. First she refuses, then she goes to the old man for advice.

The old man said -i will support you, with whatever decision you take

The GF out of desparation to be with her BF, sleeps with the boatman.

He ferries her across to her BF. She runs to him and they hug and kiss. Then she tells him what happened with the boatman.

He pushes her away, and calls her a cheat. He walks away from her, leaving her there crying.

After somtime, he comes back and tells her - It's ok, i will accept you

Hi. I'm 17, and I've been going out with this guy, Alex, since Valentines Day. I'm extremely nervous around him, even if its just when we're hanging out in a big group at school. I can't make eye contact, my stomach seems to do flips, and I can't stop fidgeting or playing with somthing (i.e. A necklace). I haven't kissed him yet, and I'm extremely nervous about that, too. I'm freaked that I'm going to make a fool of myself. xD

Is there something wrong with me? And, does anyone know anything that might help?

He tells me she has accomplished what she set out to...alienate me...but she hasn't alienated me from him which was her real objective...

How do you talk DOWN to a chick who is egging you on to hate her? He thinks she's got under my skin. I say she hasn't because she doesn't exist anymore! I deleted her from my world!

How can I talk big and not let her under my skin? I'll be damned if she's gonna mess it up between me and him.

She laughs at All of my jokes. when one of my (female) friends see's me at school and starts talking to me, she would come out of no where to join. She looks for me when Im not hanging out with her at lunch. She seems to get "jumpy"/"hyper" when she's just with me. When I was walking with her and another (female) friend she said (Its was a cold night) "See thats why I need a boyfriend to keep me warm" More but those are the main signs.

Ok so here's the story. My class ends at 3:15 and my boyfriend lives about 5 minutes from school. I have a class at 4:30pm and 7pm and the 4:30 one is soo boring and the lecture notes are online so I basically don't have to attend class, so I usually go hang out with my boyfriend at his house. My class got let out early (2:45 instead of 3:15) so I went over to my boyfriend's house and his car wasn't there. Here's the big problem. My boyfriend refuses to purchase a cell phone. He's convinced that we've lived all these years without one and he's doing perfectly fine without one now, so he doesn't need to buy one. So I'm sitting in his driveway, waiting. I call his house thinking that MAYBE he might be home and his car is with someone else, but no one's home. I wait, wait wait. I waited 45 minutes and decided that if he's not going to come home, I might as well go to my class. At 4:30 he calls me from an unknown number, saying that.....

I known for two week already, and he has been checking on and off and recently checking the website again. Clearly there has been use of escort service. The last use was February. I am waiting to find more public evidence so to cover up my found from his e-mail and websearch. But it seems that he is covering it up better from e-mail . just not covering up his searches.

I want to confront him in April when we go on vacation or on our 8th year anniversary in May. But at the same time want to confront him asap and maybe end up ending the relationship....

When is it the best time to confront?

2 years ago I fell in love with The Perfect Man for me, but he's married... after a couple of months he said he couldn't leave his wife because of his daughter so we went our separate ways... Now we work together again, but we don't speak if we don't have to. But the thing is: he makes my heart stop everytime and I can't stop thinking about him even when we don't see each other... I'm in love with him and it hurts more than I can explain... And NO, I have no wish to go back while he's married, I just want to stop loving him, something that seems impossible.


I am also married now. And I love my husband very much, and I wouldn't do anything to hurt him if I can avoid it... But my Heart belongs to that guy and everyday I know that.

Whats everyones general feelings on prenups, i think when the time comes i will have one, although its such an awkward thing, i know if i was asked to sign one, i wouldnt have any problems in doing so, just generally whats every ones thoughts on this, and if you asked someone to sign one and they declined how would you react to that?
