Well as long as he isn't with someone else I would just let him know that you were attracted to him in HS and maybe mention that you always wondered what it would have been like if you had taken the relationship to the next level. As long as you are getting a good vibe from him I would just be pretty straight forward.

Hes a guy so naturally he's already thought about it before so just invite him over for a few drinks and a movie like wild things and see how he reacts. Although it is now 25 years ago, that is exactly what happened to me! Although, I didn't want to sleep with him to see what he got...I wanted him to show me how it worked (I was in love with an older, experienced guy)...but I wanted him 'cause I trusted him still...I knew the bar he frequented, went to see him, played some darts, flirted a little and just said: hey, remember, we never did this...I don't want to start another relationship but I want to know what it's like...it worked!

How about the straight forward way. Ask him if he had any regrets when you were b/f and g/f in HS. If he doesn't mention anything about intimacy. Ask him if he would like to know what your regret is and tell him.

go out 2 clubs or dinner or just see him & when u do catch up on each others lives & such but flirt with him & let him kno that you like him but dont but 2 forward because you might scare him away..if he starts 2 flirt back than warm things up a bit more & than you will get him. but dont be 2 forward & get him 2 flirt back. if he dosent than just be his friend & move on

Not to be a downer, but casual sex can lead to pregnancy, and you may be dealing with your H.S. boyfriend a lot longer than you had wanted to in the first place!
Pregnancy, and V.D., or A.I.D.S. may be the result.
My suggestion, find a new hobby, sport f&ck*ng isn't worth it!!!!

As long as he is single, just be up front with him and tell him that you want to be a friend with alot of benefits, and just be like I want to sex you up. Don't think he could refuse.
