i'm particularly not this girl... coz i've seen a lot of wonder weddings on t.v..it usually features old women married to younger men..i'm not trying to offend anyone in here..I would just like to here your opinion guyz..

I've known this girl for some time and we get along together great. She's very pretty but she's overweight. I know she's trying to lose weight, but it's been a while and it doesn't seem like she's trying very hard. I try to help her but she keeps snacking. She hasn't even met my family (I've met hers) because I know my family might talk about her weight (I know, they're sometimes mean). Would you think it'd be okay for a teenage girl who just started PMS to love her Father more than her Mother?
Nothing like sex wise, but more like "family bonding"...
I don't realy like my mom very much because she demands people to respect her...And I think repsect needs to be earned. I have resepct for my Dad, yet more of a fake "I'l go with it..." respect for my Mom, therefor, I like my Dad more than my Mom...They just moved back in with each other and I have a closer relationship with my Dad more than my Mom...
Would you think this is right? I mean, I don't realy think of a person who demands things like that shouldn't get very much respect, and my Dad expects for a person to earn respect, trust, and love, not to demand it, and I agree with him...

Is it anything wrong to love my Dad more than my Mom?

I have so many different friends and we all differ greatly on childrearing. My approach is to be open, understanding, communicate and to allow my children to be theirself (within reason). A lot of my friends feel love hard, and rule with an iron fist, that your children need to fear their parents so as they grow older they will stay in line. I feel if you are close to your children, they will not want to disappoint you, and will do right. Thoughts?

p.s. we are all single mothers

I am completely unable to cheat on my wife. I've had many opportunities and each time I turn the women down. In my first marriage, I would have NEVEr passed up a chance for some side-love. I heard somewhere that often times men are too intimidated to go after a beautiful girl because they think that the chance of rejection is higher and they go for ladies who aren't drop dead gorgeous because they are more likely to accept them. Plus, a lot of men are afraid that really pretty women are stuck up and high maitenace and things along those lines. Or maybe they figure a beautiful girl like that must already be taken? I don't remember where I heard this, but it struck me as very odd, so I just wanted to know if there was any validity in that theory. Any thoughts?
