I doubt it he is lonely and you are giving him what he needs at the moment but he wont marry you why pay for someting you are getting for free.

Did you ever attempt to know that where is your husband? what i am guessing at you are seems to be inattentive about your husband,if your husband does not care of you i would say it is a right step to step up.But make sure this buddy would not do the same with you.If he really attends to you well it is a nice thing and i don't feel bad if you spend your a rest of life with him.
