Give her a compliment. Wait till the next day and do it again. (Withholding sex). Surprise her with a dinner I cooked myself. Whatever her favorite may be. Withhold sex.
And finally... wait 2 days and do the dinner thing again. Tell her how beautiful she is and tell her I have something to confess:
"I know it's silly but remember the other day when you mentioned that guy/girl from work? Yeah well it made me jealous. I know it's silly, but that's how it made me feel."
"I just wanted you to know that I love you. I got jealous out of love and I'll try not to let it happen again." Gentle kiss.
"Ready to watch our movie?"
Sit on the couch and just FEEL how good she feels next to me. With any luck she'll want to make me feel even better.

I tell my hunny I am jealous, and he will explain I needn't be since he loves only me etc etc. So my jealousy will subside....for that particular time! <~_~>!
