She laughs at All of my jokes. when one of my (female) friends see's me at school and starts talking to me, she would come out of no where to join. She looks for me when Im not hanging out with her at lunch. She seems to get "jumpy"/"hyper" when she's just with me. When I was walking with her and another (female) friend she said (Its was a cold night) "See thats why I need a boyfriend to keep me warm" More but those are the main signs.

I would say the answer is yes but it could be she just feels safe around you. The thing you need to ask yourself is how do you feel about her. If you like her and would like her to be your girlfriend ask her. That may be just what she is waiting for. Besides if you don't you'll never know and that could be a terrible waist.
