I don't see the evolutionary advantage of having those couple of extra inches of height. These days physical strength doesn't matter if you are homeless and out in the street. And women talk of feminism and yet consistently want a guy who is at least 6 feet tall?

You could say the same thing about guys and a girl's weight, but I consistently have seen more and more guys with girls on the chubby side. A guy's height seems to be the absolute most important aspect of a guy.

my girl friend of 3.5 years broke up with me 3 months ago.she started to see someone else right away.now we are talking and would like to get back together.but don't know how to end the relationship she in now..she said she doesn't want to hurt his feelings.and waiting for the right time...when he screws up again.....how can she get out of that relationship before more time passes and his feelings will be hurt.

My professor has cancer and we're like friends almost ( but with lots of respect ) and he's been telling me about his treatments and I really wanna say something sweet but sincere. Even tough he's in an advanced state of cancer he looks very healthy and lives his life to the fullest. Can I tell him that he's in great state and that he looks healthier than me (I'm like 20 years younger than him) Or can I tell him that he's more enrgetic than me? he just sent me a letter telling me that he'll receive his scanner results tomowrrow

Ok there are a lot of things going on in this best friend relationship (and have been for some time now) and my gut tells me something is not right. Things just have not been the same. It is to the point that I feel akward, that I can not talk to her about some things. We work toghether and have the same group of friends but that never use to be a problem and it seems to be more than that. We do not have the same fun friendship that we use to. I guess I would like to talk about this with her but I am not sure how to bring it up or when? I also want this conversation to be between us not or close group of girlfriends or it will end up being something horrible. What do I do and how do I talk about this? I thought things were better for a while and now they are back to the way they use to be.

I have to go to the doctor for a pregnancy test in a week which I know is positive. I have been put thru pure hell by these adult kids of my boyfriend. He was married after their mother and he divorced and they are always inviting their step mother over and asking her to come to family gatherings etc... She does his taxes still and is in all of his business. Its disqusting.
I do not consider this her business, so I have chosen not to tell him or his kids about this pregnancy, when I am due ( I am not sure yet) or anything about it. I am fed up with him and their back stabbing. They cannot do anything about this because I am the pregnant one, not them. I am sick of them. I am financially able to pay for this child and do not need any help from him. He has treated me like crap. How would you handle it?

My bud is really nice and stuff, ya knows? BUT her breath is thick and funky. Her tongue is white and chunky. Hey that rhymes. Any-who!!
I really love her like LOTS & LOTS but her breath is straight stank. It's bad enough that she stole my juice, but her breath is killing me. She's like nice to hang around, but when she talks she spits white food chunks (i guess) and then she eats it off the tip of her tongue. When she laughs I see that her tongue is white and discolored. GROSSS! Her breath is really really bad...like really REALLY! If I breath in when she talks, I choke. It could be cold outside and her breath will make it hot. She heats up rooms with her breath and makes it unbearable. My eyes water!
I GIVE HER GUM AND HER BREATH STILL STINKS! I even gave her some prescription breath RX but it didn't work it like melted in 2.5 seconds. Her breath just smells like minty sh**! I even make her chew like 5 peices ,NOT HELPING!! Again it smells like minty cow poop! What do I do??!!

Well me and my boyfriend have been together for 4 months and i was wonderin how should I tell him that I think I'm falling in love with him? I've never been in love and I don't know how it feels I'm not big on feelings so its hard often for me to express myself, I am young but that doesn't mean that I don't know what I'm talkin about. I originally had it in French (Sébastien) once and after I originally changed my middle name, (having liked the spelling compared to the English variant) then 19 to 20 months later I began to think about having overlooked, not thought about the pronounciation in French (say-bas-TYAWN) changed it to English variant within a few weeks later, but now close to 4 years after having done that, I'm not sure I like the name Sebastian any more (spelling/pronounciation) and am considering changing my middle name/s for a 3rd time in 6 years, which if I went ahead with it would mean I would have 4 different full names in my 24 - 25 years so far (First name and last/surname have always been the same.) I don't know if I want to take back my original middle name James (late Grandfathers name, which 3 of my cousins have as being eldest of their own families) or go with a new middle (2nd given name) such as Jeremy, Raphael (Rafael - Italian spelling) or Ainslee. Andrew is my first name and too common.

I am 22 yrs old i just graduated from college and have been married for only 4 months.I have a son who is four years old from a prior relationship this was never really an issue till recent events.My husband and i met while away at college orginally i did not tell him i had a child because i felt uncomfortable with how he might react at the time but after 6 months of dating i did tell him.We took a break after that for 3-4 months but ultimatley he decided to overlook this fact because at the time my parents were raising my son.Our realationship continued strong and good from then on no questions about prior relationships asked.I have never told anyone who my sons biological father is and never thought it would come up.Unfortunatley it did come up last week while at a wedding run-through for one of my hubbys old friends from high school.The friend in question turned out to be my sons biological father even though he has no idea he only remebers me as an ex.gf?

My friend has been married for about 2 1/2 years, she constantly grips about him saying she doesn't like him and wants a divorce. She has even asked if she could move in with me and looked for other jobs near me (she lives about 3 hrs away). About 2 weeks ago she came to visit and the whole time she was here she kept calling him and even went home early to "spend time with him"!! It is driving me crazy so much so that I dont even want to talk to her. I have told her this and all she says is "I know, Im so stupid". I don't want to lose my oldest friend, but I don't think I can take much more of this. Please give me some advice!!

Oh and PS they have a 18 month old and she is pregnant, which I also told her she shouldn't do and all she says is " I know, Im stupid" ......I agree!!

ok so it was my senior yr in high and i hadent dated since i was a freshman , its not that i was ugly or a looser bc trust me im far from ugly , well like most of us i was enjoying my single by partying and keeping my options opened, i met lots of pretty girls but yet non seem to satisfy me, i would set my standards high ,which meant ; i wouldnt date someone "easy" which i knew a lot of . well i would always see this gorgeous girl walk down the ramp while i would walk up it on my way to 3rd period, at the time i thought she was atleast a junior in hs but i eneded up finding out she was a freshman which made me stop even thinking about her bc of my age and hers.... well to make a long story short, i graduated hs , a few days later i was pretty bumb bc i relized i really liked her and id never see her again, well one night i ran into her at a smoothie shop ,we made eye contact so i went up to her and finally talked to her , we both felt the same way , and now its been 6months.

I have been together with my boyfriend for a little over 3 years. He works a lot, and doesn't have a lot of time for me which I have accepted and realize that he has to make a living in real estate which is a lot of time investment. We were talking the other day, and we have problems with each other going out to a club because of past experiences with that. He told me if I can't deal with it that we shouldn't see each other, and I am not allowed to go out to even dinner with the girls. This upsets me a lot because I know he is controlling, but this just isn't fair. He is always onry when he is done working or if something goes wrong, and takes it out on me. Whether it is yelling or just being plain negative. I am just frustrated and don't know what to do. I want him to take a weekend off and take a vacation or just get away. HELP!

I do mean intimacy in every sense of the word too-not just sex.Sometimes,I do so many menial,job related things with my wife that it seems as if we are talking to each other like co-workers all of the time.We met at another place we worked at,so I wonder if that has anything to do with it? That I show my wife more love than any one and she treats me like crap sometimes. She says she loves me but she doesn’t know why she hurts me and says awful things to me and I don’t deserve that hurt especially from her. She gets mad over nothing then goes off on me and says the most hurtful things you could imagine. Things that I would not even say to my worst enemy then she apologies and ask for forgiveness and says she don’t understand why she does the things that she does. I love my wife with all my heart and it hurts so bad the way she treats me with her words, she has went to one counseling session by herself and says things are going to change but I see no change in 6 months, she is either the most loving wife at times or she is like a stranger that I do not even know. All this hurtfulness is Harding my heart for her which I don’t want to happen any advice, any one else ever been in a relationship like this thanks for your help.

My brother texted me from school asking if i would bring his contact at 3pm for his baseball practice, and i said i would. Now i keep getting ones from him asking it to be brought now. I can never get in the front door of the new school, and he's like 'its easy". but its not, its always locked when i go.

Why can't someone just wait until i told him i would be there instead of making it more complicated?
