(on myspace, friendster, facebook etc..*those popular web communities)...

how many years haven't u seen them for?

and how did u feel when u got that message saying "so and so" wants to be your friend...
and when u click their page u realize it's that person u havent seen forever....

did u feel happy?
or feel like...why did he/she add me..

I have been dating this woman for 7 months , we started slow and it developed into alot of passion , fantastic chemestry , it really feels like true love , we miss each other , make each other smile , everything about her is purfect to me , the bad part is that she is divorcing a husband of 20 yrs who cheated , she is very unsure of things and is planning on moving out of state in a few years is she can , she has broke it off with me a few times only to let me know later that she misses me and wants to see me , she says she has lost alot of sleep over missing me and that breaking up with me was harder on her than ending the 20 yrs marriage , will htis ever be a good relationship for both of us , I know in my heart that she is the woman I could love for the rest of my life .

I've been with my girlfriend for about a year and three months, we love each other very much. I'm 21 and she's 20. We've talked about marriage a lot the past 5 or 6 months. It seemed like an awesome idea and I couldn't picture myself with anyone else. But the more I think about it, the more I think we're not the best for each other. I realize certain things that are different between us, such as her level of faith versus mine, her views about certain things, and just how we go about arguing seems to be not so healthy. Lately i've been wanting to just have fun and see other girls. This isn't a question, I just need advice...preferably from someone my age or older. So no teenagers, sorry.

This is a hypothetical situation, but I need honest answers from guys or whoever has a thought.
Suppose you found out that a certain girl that you were really close friends with, liked you in a romantic way. Now, you've known this girl for a while, more than 5 years. And for some reason or another, you don't see her in that way, and just want to continue being friends. You would never want to hurt her. But one day, while you two are talking, she tells you how she feels about you, and that she's liked you as more than a friend for about a year now. Then after telling you how she feels, she asks you out. What would you do? Would you go out with her, just because you don't want to hurt her, & hope u develop feelings 4 her? Would u let her know that u didn't feel the same about her, but didn't want anything 2 happen 2 ur friendship. Would there be any way of handling this situation without hurting her feelings? If this predicament came up in ur life, what would u do?

Hi everyone. Recently I've been getting a lot of comments from co-workers, old friends, and even family that are all along the lines of "go socialize" or "do you have any friends?" or "why don't you wanna go out with us?"

I am a very nice personalbe person. However, I am almost afraid of being social. Growing up my parents were very strict about going to friend's houses, going out to the mall with friends, dances, parties, etc. My father often slapped me/yelled at me for socializing too much. That fear has stayed with me and even now as a 23 y.o. I am very reluctant to socialize.

I don't know what to do. I don't want to come off as a loner, but people already treat me differently and its very embarassing. Does anyone have any advice?

I told my boyfriend that we needed to talk, because I wasn't sure what to do -- he told me that he loved me and wanted to spend the rest of his life weith me, but I didn't know what to do. He told me that he was going to hurt himself and then he signed off.
I need some help!
We were only going out for a week and he blew this way out of proportion.
He's not letting me talk to him or break up with him.

ok there is this girl that i like, we liked each other but she kinda liked someone else too that lived closer to her. then she went with him(about a month ago when they first went out) but she also said she thinks about me alot. then she said she was confused about who she should of went wit. about a couple of hours ago she said she was going 2 stay single for awhile because she was stressed and confused

she still says she really likes me as a bf

im not trying to pressure her into going wit me but is there anything i could do so that it could possibly help???

I find that people, males and females alike seem to avoid me. I find that they have a difficult time looking me in the eye when I speak to them and their body language indicates that they appear very uncomfortable. But usually if they get to know me better everything is normal. What am I doing to make these people feel uncomfortable around me?When I look them in the eye, could l possibly look angry.

Ok. So I was with my boyfriend in the backseat of a car... and we were just making out... and he suddenly just looked at me and told me that he loves me. I'm completely in love with him too, but how do I know if he means it? He seems really genuine... and he's definitely sweet but I don't know if he means it or not. He's a real cool kid, but I soon realized that it wasn't love. There is just no spark in the relationship, like there was with my last boyfriend. is it true that theres no love like your first love? or is this "spark" something you grow out of? i dunno, but i need to end this relationship.

Me and mah boi got in a fight today, no not a hitting fight, but just a disagreement. i was really close to breaking up with him, but he did everything he could to make sure i didnt, so i didnt. but i do NEED to. but i still want to be friends. but there is no excuse lamer than "lets just be friends", and i dont want to use that. but if i break up with him, i know he'll be crushed. is there any way to convincing him that breaking up is a good thing? ahah should i just try to "turn him off" as much as i can so he'll have no choice but to break up with me? or should i confront him, tell him how i feel, and be done with it? please help!
