I see some answers you're getting and can see that no one really is ANSWERING the question.
Dress in a way that complements your body type. Skinny girls shouldn't wear things that make them look skinnier and stuff like that. Something that accentuates a womanly shape is always great. Don't go for something that makes you look less feminine to be safe (Tomboy looks are usually safe, but attract different guys).
Colors. Pick something in solid colors. Stripes and stuff and dots and everything are a little too distracting. Guys like things pretty simple. It's okay to listen to fashion magazines once in a while, but a guy could actually believe that you are high maintenance if your outfit is acessorized and there are too many colors everywhere. Simple is good.
Shoes. Ugs are NOT great. Flip flops are NOT great. Heels are pretty much awesome, but I'm not saying you need to kill yourself. If you don't wear them ever though, you might seriously want to reconsider.
Dress to be sexy. This doesn't mean show more skin. It'sthe quality of skin showing. You can actually wear a really normal, chaste outfit and have one of the following areas showing, and it will be pretty damn sexy: From your neck to the end of your shoulder (even just one side), the higher part of the midrift from the top of the belly button and up, the calves, and right where themeaty part of the thighs end. Don't forget the back! great place too.
Hair. Don't be lazy. Guys like hair that is ready to be played with. It must be around shoulder length. There's no need to go longer.
Wear the least makeup possible. Just make sure your face is clean and smiling.
Earrings. Guys generally prefer only one ring per ear and in the normal place. Nothing too big, or hoops.
That's about it. Have a great attitude and when you get the guy's attention, be chill so he'll pursue you instead of trying to chase him. When people are pursued, they usually run.

You should not worry about what you wear in order to get a guys attention. You don't want negative attention that may say things about you that you do not wish to be said ex: "I dress cheap so I must be cheap".
You need to learn how to carry yourself with poise and confidence. Dress in nice clothes and keep yourself clean and well groomed. But remember the inside is what really is going to win a guy over in the end. Be you.

dress so you feel most confident.. however that is. because in the end your confidence will shine through and that is what will see. plus you don't want to dress like a complete slut because then you will only attract guys who are attracted to your body.. not someone who loves you.. and you will look easy and less of a person to those who can really be possible relationship potential later on.. you've gotta keep a little mystery to keep guys wanting more.. because if you give it all away all the time in your dress and don't hide anything then they will move on to something more exciting, because all the fun of getting that will be gone shortly.

well dressin slutty gets a guy's attention but u shuld never be sum1 ur not. also, guys are not going to be going out with ur clothes because they will be going out with YOU, so it dont really matter how u dress. however, u can buy a nice 30 dollar blouse and some nice jeans or a skirt and it shuld grab a guy's attention but theres no need 2 buy expensive 200 dollar clothes. if a guy critizices u by your clothes, he is not worth ur time.

You're walking dangerous ground here.... Dress to look nice and fit in with your group, but don't take it to extremes. If he's only interested in how you dress, he's not a good boyfriend anyway. Respect yourself first and foremost.

I think you should dress like you always do. Just be yourself and a guy should notice you. You just need to be yourself and someone should respond. Nothing goes well when you try to be something your not.
