MY friend has this boyfriend and yes he use to be gay, but he is in church he goes almost, i said almost everyday of the week and he says god has changed his life around. what should she believe? also they hardly ever talk and when they together he is always texting on his phone. and when someone calls he steps away for a moment, sometimes he never answer the phone.

I my research regarding divorce I have from time to time come across the fact that if a spouse refuses to sign divorce papers they must have a reason. They fail to say, however, what reasons given might cause the divorce to be denied. What LEGAL reasons can a spouse give so that a divorce is denied by the court?

I met this great guy and now we are engaged which i am happy about, I cannot wait to be his wife. however I have noticed that since I moved in I do not see him as much as I would like. I do not like to be alone all the time. Due to our work schedules we only have one day off together and that will even chagnge when I go back to school. I told him that I understand it is not his fault but I feel distannt because we do not have that quality time. I explained later on I think it would be easier but we are new together, newly engaged and I feel time together is crutial. He thinks that if my birthday is on Mon that it is ok not to see me as long as we celebrate that weekend and to me it hurts that i spend my birthday alone. By time the weekend comes..it does not matter that much, cause its not my birthday. I explained this to him cause we try to be as honest as possible to eachother, but then he was sad, saying that he does what he can and now he feels un appreciated. :(

i have been with my X for 3 years off and on and the summer before last we broke up because of parental problems and a month later he was with someone else..well last summer (after ignoring me for 9 months) his girl friend broke up with him and he came back to me, well like an idiot i forgave him....we have been together since about a month ago...well now he has a new girl friend...whatever...well about two weeks ago he wrote me a letter telling me that he missed me and wanted to fix things (but slowly)so I agreed. Well the next day at school he acts like he hates me and won't talk to me...then the next day we talk and he says that he's with his new girl and he just wants to be friends..that's fine with me...so I agreed to that too. Well I got over even though I would do anything in the world for this boy and I go through the day upset but glad that we are still friends....well the next day he says that he hates me and never wants to see me again...after 3 f'in years he hates me when I never did anything to him...he's telling people that I cheated on him (and I would NEVER in my life do that)and he said that he wanted me to leave him alone and I have..no letters..no phone calls..nothing!! But he is telling everybody that I still call him and write him letters....what the hell is his problem..I have done everything he has asked me to and that still isn't good enough...what the hell is his problem? I know that when his girl friend breaks up with him he will come back to me and I don't want him, but I need to know someone's opinion on why he is being a complete and total *** for no reason we were fine a few weeks ago and I haven't said or done anything to make him mad since..i promise..

I have a neighbor that lives in my development and I always got the impression that she never liked me. At first I thought it was my imagination, but as time went on she would always go out of her way for other neighbors and other things she would do to annoy me (too long to list). Anyway she can be very charming with the people she likes and is considered the "Martha Stewart" of the neighborhood. But she can also be a bit obnoxious and overbearing (annoying extrovert). I consider myself a pretty nice and loyal individual. I always tried to be very nice to her but after a while I gave up and just concentrated to the ones that make me happy. I just found out from a neighbor who I like very much that when she first moved into the neighborhood she tried to "poison" her mind about me. I was taken aback. There is one thing about not liking a person but to talk crap about you when you never even did anything to them is quite scary. Should I just confront her or should I just ignore.

I met this guy a month ago, and really made a connection with him. I mean we know what each other is thinking.I also have never made this type of connection w/ any of the previous guys i dated. He told me that he likes me but he cant give me a 100%, because he just got out of an engagement a month and half ago, and he still thinks about "her". Some people say i am just wasting my time and i should move on. For some reason i feel differently, i mean im hoping that i could be the girl that he opens up to again. He figures that time could only heal the broken heart. Any suggestions on how to make it heal faster? :)

Do you think it is important for a womans sanity to get a break from everything to do something for themselves?
How many mothers and wifes to you think there is where they do not get breaks even if they really want one?

For the past 4 years the only time I could get a break was to put my son who has a disability in daycare and now I can't do that anymore.
And my family (my parents)and husband refuses to watch my son because he can be very difficult at times but I am at my wits end. I am not happy anymore I feel like I am unappreciated. I feel like my husband should above all else watch our son sometimes for the day so I can go out do something for myself, Hang out with friends, etc...
But how can I get him to without starting an argument?

I have been living with my new partner for a couple of years. We have both been married before and have children from these marraiges. My partner has 3 boys that live with there mum and I have a son of 19 years who moved in with his girlfriend about 6 months ago and a daughter of 11 years who lives at home with us. We also have a baby girl between us.We have a 3 bed house and when my son moved out we gave my daughter the large bedroom and made the smaller bedroom into a nursery for our baby. Occasionally my partners sons come to stay and we make do with blow up beds etc.
Today my son came home and said he has seperated from his girlfriend and has no where to live and wants to come back home. We have just finished the nursery and are settled and there isn't really room for my son . I feel really sad as I love my son very much and hate turning him away but my partner says he can only stay for a couple of days. I don't know what to do. Do I upset my partner or my son.

Ok... my and my fiancee only see each other about once a month due to a long distance relationship. When we see each other I like to have intimate time with him (to but it simply I enjoy sex). But he is always hesitant to do it because he says he doesn't want that to be all that our relationship is about. But the way I feel about it is since we see each other only once a month then it isn't all that our relationship is about. Am I wrong for feeling this way? It this too much? my boyfriend is in jail. I've know my boyfriend's mom for a while. He and I have been friends for 8 years, but just recently started hanging out and dating again. I haven't seen his family in ages. Well, we've been dating since October and he's in the Marines so he's gone a lot. We don't even live in the same state. Well, his mom asks him about me all the time and the last week asked him if he thought I'd like to go to lunch with her. He said just ask her. So she sent me an email and asked me to go. Of course I said I'd love to, because if not, that'd just be rude! She's a great person and I really like her and I want her to really like me too. He said she does, but she doesn't really know me all that well. I just need to know what I should wear to lunch with her tomorrow. I don't want to be to conservative cause she'll think I'm hiding something, but I don't have a clue right now! I have a closet full of clothes and nothing to wear! I want everything to be perfect tomorrow! HELP!!

i've been with him for over 2 years now.. He drinks and smokes alot and he has this anger problem and tends to abuse me from time to time. i love him so much and it's hard to leave him... he's changed so much and he thinks everything he says is right....we have different beliefs like i'm mormon and he's catholic that could be a difference but not sure. i've caught him cheating a couple times and i only cheated once and it was because i was trying to be with someone else to get my mind off him but my family loves him and they don't know what's going i'm just scared to lose him.
