I am in the seventh grade, so one grade ahead of you, and I can totally emphasize with you. It could totally be love. I mean, love is a feeling of affection towards another person, which it seems you have. Whether this is "He's the One" love (I doubt) or not, I couldn't tell you. If you're happy just crushing him and not getting any deeper than that, fine. I've had crushes before who I just like, and they've never known. But if you want to get to know him better, and he seems interested (ONLY if he seems interested), start talking to him. If kids in your grade are going out, you might want to ask him to go to a movie with a group of friends or meet at the mall. Either way, you can enjoy your love of him. Because you definetely are NOT too young for love. (And anyways, who can resist a guy called RUSH?!)

Honey, You are never too young to love. But, Please know that you are young and this is a feeling that you will get over time for a bunch of different guys, as you grow up. Love is more than that tingly feeling you get in your stomach. It is dealing with good times as well as dealing with bad times. Most people would say what you are feeling right now is a crush, maybe it is, maybe it isn't, but please don't allow yourself to get into a situation that puts you in jeopardy, like making out or anything in that area. If you really feel like this is love, you need to talk with this RUSH and find out what he thinks, he might like you too. Just take it very slowly and see how things turnout. You are maybe 12 or 13 at the most and you are quite young yet to settle down with one guy.

I'm 52, and I don't trust that I'm in love until I still have feelings for the person after an entire year. Infatuation happens, not just to the young or impulsive, but to all of us. Confusing it with love is common and causes a lot of grief.

Okay its like this I'm in the 9th grade and in love and know people that is older and younger than me and are in love. Basically what I'm saying is that there is no age limit on love what so ever. I had to learn that so no you aren't to young for love. So don't let people tell you that, and some might say its puppy love. There is nothing wrong with that at all. But your love is whatever you think and believe what it is. I hope this answer will help you.

Yes I think that you are to young to be in love. You should wait until you are in high school, college or when you have a good job to fall in love with somebody.

until you can fully understand what love is, then you should not use the word. Emotional feelings are what kids call love, and it's only temporary. When you're really in love, then you will know without asking anyone, but you have to understand what it is, and the depth of it.

yes you are way too young to be in love. You have a huge crush on somebody but you are not in love. Best advice i can give is make a move on him and see where it leads...but you are not in love.
