I have been married 2 yrs most of which has been not so happily.We have a daughter who is 1.5 together and it is the only thing we have in common because we fight about anything from sex to money and everything in between.Our fights are very bad blow ups involving him pushing me and then me pushing him back.We have both even spit at each other and slapped each other.We act normal in front of our daughter though.He refuses to go to therapy saying it B.S and he does not believe in that cr@p.He thinks people should solve their own problems?

So i've had many talks w/ my boyfriend about being better to me, ya kno, the little things... and it hasn't worked. So my friend said shes going to talk to him about it and remind him of how easy i am to make happy, and to not put his truck before me (he loves his truck, its his baby). again, its the little things, and most girls know what i mean by that. My friend who is gunna talk to him is also one of his really good friends, but also his ex (they dated for about three months a couple years ago) but its all good cuz we are all really good friends... is this a good idea?? or not??

i have a crush on this women for about 2 months and "seeing" her everyday (she works in a restaurant).On valentine's day,i made the bold move by giving flower cause i did not want to wait any longer.To my dismay, i found out she is married and her husband is also working in the same restaurant.Now probably the whole restaurant staff knows about it.I have apologised,but i do not want to cause any conflict to any relationship (them),while not willing to stop visiting the same restaurant cause its one of my favourite. what should i do?

Why do some people feel that a couple should automatically be enaged (or even married!) after a certain number of years together. I've been with my bf for 3 and we're not engaged. I'm starting to accept the fact that we aren't ready quite yet. I don't think that he doesn't want to or doesn't love me as much as the other couples who are engaged after 3 yrs. I think age has a lot to do with it. We're 21 ish. so being together for 3 yrs at this point in our lives is a little different than being together for 3 yrs when the people are 27 and have their careers and life already in order.. Does that make sense? I don't really want answers for my situation specifically. Just what you think about the "time limit" on getting engaged/married. Thanks.

After we got married I gained some weight and I have not been able to lose it. It is in my stomach and it is really gross. I have been exercising and trying to eat better, but I am not losing the stomach. My husband gets jealous of men that have skinny wives and this is affecting our marriage because he resents me for gaining weight. He isn't attracted to me so he seeks out attractive women everywhere else.... you can imagine. I want to lose the stomach without surgery, but don't know how. I could use some advice there, and I could use advice about what I could do to make him fall in love with me again while I don't have a great body. I know he loves me, but I want him to be IN LOVE with all of me.
