i bumped into an old crush ay the mall...he called me saying he thought of me alot before i saw him...but he says he wants to chill...and he calls me and we talk but hes not good at calling back when he says he is goin to...is that becuz he doesnt want to talk to me? hez alwayz saying how im so beautiful...hez soooo sweet...does he like me?

maybe hes just busy at the time he tell you hes going to call, or dosen`t keep track of time [ case with most guys ] ... talk to him and see if he likes you. I think he does by what you have just said. GOOD LUCK ! =]

See here's the thing. Guys will say and do whatever it takes to get what they want. I can't even count the number of times I've said "I love you" and did not mean it. It is terrible, we're evil creatures its true.
Now I can't tell you this is the case for your guy, but it is something to be aware of. If he is over the top sweet, like so sweet it hurts your teeth, then you really need to watch yourself.

Sounds like a darn tease to me. You'll see if he's for real if you tell him you think he's a hotty. If he freaks out then he was being a tease. Test him out!

I think he likes you, but it's possible that he likes someone else also and he wants to be chill until he figures out who he likes more.
