Who cares? Shes going out with you. Just have a good time. If she's in love with you or falls in love with you she'll stick around. If she's no longer interested in you, she'll leave. So, just chill and treat her nice until she stays or goes.

maybe she does love you and you being in the hospital made her realize that you could've been killed (?) and that she'd might not have had a chance.....oh whatevers. i just confused myself.
