Does anyone think that it's bad for a 16 year old has A 39 year old as her BEST FRIEND or a 52 year old????

NO WAY!!! thats not bad at all!! friends are friends!!! you choose them!! you choose who loves you as a friend...who supports you...who is there for you whenever you need them!!
If they do all those things...keep them FOR LIFE!!

I think it is a bit strange since a 16 year old and a 39 year old can't have all that much in common...and I doubt a 52 year old would have that much in common with a 16 year old as well. I'm 53 and I know I don't have that much in common with a 16 year old.

Yes its wrong. Well, maybe not wrong, but uncalled for really.
What does a 16 y/o have to do with a 39 or 50 y/o?... Do your parents know these people?
You can avoid alot of problems buy just sticking with people your age.

Its good that u have old people as ur friends.They are wiser than the young aged people and a lot more experienced than the young people.They can give u the best advice nethin from their experiences.
So honey dont think its odd.Its always good and best.

Older people can be great friends and mentors. I think it is OK for your best friend to be older than you. Just make sure that not all of your friends are. It is important to have good healthy friendships with people your own age too!

It's not necessarily bad if the older friends are not taking advantage in any way. It is however unusual. I myself am 48 and I have a friend in her late twenties and other friends in their 80's, age is not as relevant as far as I'm concerned.
