When she was born I signed an acknowledgment of paternity thinking that it did not really make any diference if the child was mine, I was going to be with her mother either way. Now her mother has left the country and told me that the child is not mine, but I still have to pay child support. I was not sure if there was a way to force her mother to get a patenity test to prove that I am not the father?

i told my wife abt what i've written here, & how tormented i feel about having been cuckolded by the one great love of my life. She was in tears & i'm also in tears as we talked, & she told me that it is me she really loves even if the baby she's presently carrying in her womb isn't mine. i asked her to stop her friend (the baby's father) from visiting her at the house, as i am starting to get jealous. I have been dating this guy for a while. He and I have a past and have known each other a long time. Anyways, Here lately we are bickering about the stupidest mess. The littlest things seem to set us off. I am blaming it on the fact that we are both stubborn and set in our ways. Neither of us are really wanting to give an inch. I went thru a really REALLY bad marriage and I tend to see him sometimes in the things that my new guy does....therefore I hold that against him. Which is wrong on my part....But he seems to want to try to change me...and that is WRONG on his part. He has literally taught me how to love again. Therefore I am not ready to just throw in the towel on us just yet. Alot of things in my past i will not open up to him about and he doesnt understand that. Its still hard for me to talk about some of the things that I went thru. But I know that I am gonna have to. Any suggestions on how I should talk to him about this?? Maybe it will make things better if I were more open

Okay, well, I am getting constant complaints from my parents, & I'd like to know what all of you think. =] My dad has been friends with a man named Greg for a while now. Recently, Greg got a divorce from his wife, and had no place to go. My dad, being a nice guy, offered to let Greg stay at their place. Now they find that he has been stealing alcohol, food, and gasoline. [The gasoline thing really put my dad over the edge, with the prices it is these days.] Now, Greg is acting like their is nothing wrong since my parents have yet to confront him. My mom is scared to talk to him herself, though, since she thinks he will " seek revenge. " He always *jokingly* talked about throwing my small dog over the garage... which upset me. Now my mom thinks that he will possibly kill their dog if they yell at him & tell him to leave. He can be a violent man, and with his past comments about hurting my dog really made my parents concerned. What do you think they should do ?

my mother needs money to pay her property taxes but can't afford them so she expects me, my sister and brother to pay . . my brother is the only one who can afford to pay and he's mad . .me and my husband are barely making it and when I told him I didn't have the money he freaked and grabbed me. The receptionist told him she was calling the police so he stopped but he's still outside and keeps calling my desk telling me he's waiting outside bring him a check. He's my brother and 59 years old I don't want to have him arrested but I'm hurt both arms are bruised where he grabbed me and my b*ttbone hurts where I hit the ground. My coworkers say have him arrested. I called my sister and she is scared too cause she doesn't have any money either. We're both in our 40's and he's bigger and meaner than both of us.

i like this instructor who works at the local gym, Whenever i go there, he always chats to me for about 45 mins to an hour on a one to one about all kinds of stuff, he always asks me to go in when he is working, he tells me the times of when he was working and asks me to go in and see him. He came into the gym looking for me once too. He has given me compliments and also walked me to my car the once, and I never notice him talking to any other girls! My boy friend of 6months was detained by ICE officals for being illegal in this country, now its' been 21 days since that happen, and I have talked to him and seen him in jail. He wants me to go to Mexico with him when ever he gets deported. Ive been working for the Goverment for about 6 mths now and finally I became permenate, and I also past a case mangement test. this will allow me to work for the gov't, and recieve much more money than I'm getting now. im doing maths and english resits well we have to go to this school cause they are ment to help us learn more about ourselfs and well heres what happen.
