What would you do if you were dining out at a local restaurant and saw your cousin's spouse hugged up and kissing someone that was not your cousin? Would you tell your cousin? Would you go over to the table to say hello?

I am a wife and a mother. I am 43 years old and I want a bachelor's degree. I have heard that I may be able to get one in a lot less than four years. Does any one know of a four year college that has life credits for older students? Life credits are say for instance I worked 10yrs, and have been A mother for 19yrs and I have heard that some four year colleges give you credit towards a degree. So if anyone may know how I can get a degree in a little less time help me!

So lets say i have this friend named Jackie. she is a freshman in high school and her homecoming date, Steven is a freshman too. Jackie was still really hurt by her last boyfriend at the time and she thinks she might have pushed him away because she was afraid of getting hurt again and she wasnt quite over her ex. now Steven is dating a senior named Laura who is new to the school this year and has a lot of freshman friends. Jackie is really good friends with Laura, but now Jackie really likes Steven again. Jackie and Steven are talking a lot every day and spending a lot of time together and even flirting and stuff and she really really likes him, and thinks Steven might like her back but she doesnt want to hurt Laura. Jackie's other friend, Allison, likes Steven too (popular guy I guess) and Steven knows it and him and Allison are still really good friends. Should Jackie tell Steven how she feels, and if she should what should she say?

two nights in a row, my long-distant bf has signed off MSN within 10 mins of me going online. He could permanently block me, but it seems he wants to make it obvious that he's avoiding me... you get what I mean. also haven't heard from him for nearly a week. Do you think it is better to have have high quality pics or will most people think they are fake. I know i like getting pics that are clear and that I can enjoy. No those from a cell phone...lol

Okay. Here is the situation. I was strongly attracted to this girl in my English class. She is pretty and very eloquent. I love her eyes so much. Honestly I find her smile irresistible.I have wanted to get to know her better in the last 6 days. Today I saw her smoking cigarettes. As soon as I saw her smoking, I was shattered. I just can't stand the smell of cigarettes. Is my reaction natural? What is it like to date a smoker? How hard is it for a non-smoker guy to tolerate a girlfriend who smokes? My boyfriend is 26 hes a 1st LT we have been talking about getting married because he might be getting stationed in Germany! So when we were in Indiana at Christmas with his family he said we will go to the court house if I get the job because I wont go without you. But now it looks like he is going to be getting the job and it stresses me out and scares me cause he will be gone for 2 years. When he told me I stayed strong and I was kidding and I said you cant go without me and he said well you cant go. So I dont know if he is just saying that or if he is going to propose and hes just trying to throw me off. Please help. Let me know what you guys think! Thank you

I threw my bestfriend a dinner party the other day. I spent a lot of money on it. I bought food, alcohol, cake, and rented a bunch of movies. I also bought her $50.00 gift card to Victoria Secret. The problem is, she didn't show up. I called her non stop, and went to her house. She knew a week in advanced that I was having this party for her. So theres no excuse that she forgot. I found out that she was hung over and sleep all day. I was very mad that I spent so much money throwing this party. So I took her gift card and spent it on myself. I dont feel bad because I spent a lot of money on this party and she didn't show up. Is that wrong for spending the gift card. She didn't know that I got it for her. Some of my friends said it was wrong.

My ex has left 60% of his life insurance to his children ($300K each) and the other financial accts were left to me to cover funeral expenses, household maintenance and to provide for a soft-landing from the loss. I am also the executor of the estate. Now $1500/mo goes to child support by decree from the estate. The remaining child support payments could be over $90,000 which is basically the remaining estate. With no will in place, I assume the estate goes to probate. The support money is placed in escrow and paid out over time. My husband believes that he is leaving me all of the remaining estate but he forgot about the decree. What's the best way to adjust for the child support? My husband is the wage-earner in our household.

I've always known my girlfriend is the jealous type. She's real jealous of my brothers fiance. When they bought a house, she told me we need a house. When they bought a new car, she said we need a new car, the same one they got. Well my gal was looking on myspace and discovered my bro & his gal are getting married. The next day someone got into my brothers fiances email, and her ebay acct. They started sending all her messages to a bunch of people. My brother told me right away it was my gal, I told him there was no way. Well, ebay gave them an IP# and it tracked to my gals job! I asked her and she said it wasn't her. Now she's mad at me for not believing her. My brother says I'm stupid not to believe the proof. She also told me someone at her job stold a lap top and this person has been hacking into a bunch of peoples stuff. I found out that never happened. Is she lying? Why won't she tell me if she did it? What should I do?
