I would call the police right away. That way they can hopefully get there before you get off of work. If he's there when you get off of work, walk out with a group of co-workers. Make sure they stay with you at all times until you get to your car. Have one follow you home to make sure you get home safe. When you get home tell your husband what is going on and call the police. Make sure you lock all doors and windows right away. You have no obligation to pay anything, worry about supporting you and your husband before worring about how your mom is going to pay her taxes.

The truth if this is you are under no legal obligation do give your brother or mother any money and by threatening you and shaking you to a point of bruised arms is abuse and assult. you should speak to your husband about this matter an then i suggest you talk to a lawyer for legal assistance because if his threatening behavior etc. I do not think you should hand over anymore money, if he decides to pay your mothers taxes this is his decision and no one Else's he is a grown man an can take responsibility for his own actions. maybe it's time your mother seeked help from other sources,. I am sure she would not like to hear about him hurting you like this so you can pay her tax's.

You need to call the police and have him arrested! He has NO BUSINESS laying his hands on you! Besides, you were being honest by telling him that you don't have the money to give him a hand and instead he had the nerve to take it out on you! Don't let him get away with it! Your brother needs to grow up and start taking full responsibiliy for his actions!

Oh, I went to a type of while i grew to become right into somewhat baby, and Neil Diamond's song is SOOOOO good heading in the right direction! That song makes me experience like i'm lower back in Texas pouring a river of sweat! As for what you will see - this is only no longer a tent revival if there's no longer a "healing" or 3 (a minimum of). and of direction, we could no longer probable forget approximately that they are going to bypass the sequence plate! No snakes, nevertheless - this is for the DEEP south, and easily some denominations. i grew to become into mightily inspired the 1st time, yet then i grew to become into only approximately 4 grin. It grew to become into the terrific loose entertainment on the city, as quickly as I have been given the right age to work out previous the flim-flammery ;-) examine it out a while; only circulate away your wallet at residing house!

Sounds like you have no other choice but to call the police; if he is not arrested, then how can you leave to go home?
Besides, he might be less mean in the future if you taught him a lesson.

Call the police and have them deal with him. What he's doing isn't right.
Also, if your mother can't afford to pay the bills for the house she's currently living in, maybe its time for her to move to an assisted living facility or in with you or one of your siblings.

Call the police and explain the situation without the whole assault thing. Then ask them to come to your workplace and ask him to leave. If you have any guys at work that are willing, ask them to ask him to leave. If he refuses and is still on company property he is facing tresspassing and may quietly leave when the cops show up.
NOBODY has the right to put their hands on you. If it were me, I would call the cops and have him arrested for assault. But if you want to play it safe, just call them and have him escorted off the property.
You may be able to get a restraining order too. Talk to the cops.

He needs to learn that what he is doing is wrong.
Call the police so they can help the two of you communicate.
If the only way that he will listen is to be in hand cuffs then have him arrested.
