its been our tradition for like 10 years now but we have really grown apart and he didnt give me anything for my birthday and I recently called him an a$$.ole and told him we are done because he let me down a numerous number of times. I also didnt see him for like half a year now. So should I even bother?

I want to get married to my fiancee some day sooner rather than later, But i dont know how much i need to save up. I dont want to get a loan out to pay for it so i would need to save every penny. we are only looking at a small wedding with close friends and family with a meal after with our close friends and family only. Please can someone let me know roughly how much a small wedding like that will cost.

P.S we only want to get married in a registrar, NOT a church as neither of us was christened so we dont feel the need to.

Its started out when we were little and then he went away for a long time and we are friends again. Now that we are alot older and mature weve started dating I really dont want to lose our friendship but he has hinting that when he comes back on break he wants to spend time with me, but then he kinda made me uncomfortable when he started asking questions like: when do you plan on getting married, how many kids and so on. Whats on his mind? I am not sure if he meant something by those questions help me please!

My Husband and I have been married now for 21 years. Years ago
in 1993 he was caught drinking and driving for the 4th time. Now
16years later he get's caught again. I thought he learned his leason
but no. He his is still drinking and driving and hasn't even went to court yet. His hearing is in Feb. I have so much in life, I can't take much more. my nerves are so bad I feel like giving up sometimes.
I don't like to cry in front of my kid because I don't want them to have to deal with my problems. they are 20 and 18.
My husband has done so much I don't now what to do. I need to leave but I have no where to go. I've tried so hard to stand by him
but when he came home the other night so drunk he could not walk. I quite trying...I really need some help

My girlfriends ex husband use to tell her she was fat and ugly and hit her. She is the most beautiful woman I have ever met but she doesn't believe me. I try to get her to wear sexy things to bed but she is self conscience. I try and tell her that no one is going to see her but me and that it will really make me happy. She also doesn't like to take her shirt off and likes the lights out.
I know her ex has made her like this but what can I do to reassure her that what I am saying is true she is beautiful and no one makes me feel the way she does? I just want to see her wear more sexy things to bed. over sized pajamas and night shirts aren't what I have in mind

From the time I have been going to pre school I had trouble socialising with people of the same sex ,as I was most interested in guy stuff like playing video games, sports and so on, in my later years, I still liked doing that sort of thing, some girls thought I was weird because I didnt like the 'girly stuff' , however guys of all kinds still use to fancy me, and it made my situation worse because the other girls got Jealous now I am 20 years old, I still like to do the guy stuff but I like to do the girl stuff too,the clothes,shoes, nails, but I have gone past the stage of making friends, and I dont really have any gilrfriends my age I have 2, one i tolerate, the other has kids and relationship problems, so she is quite busy, I mean i cant posibly talk to the guy friends I have about certain things, what do I do? How can I develop a long lasting freindship, I lose interest very quickly and I have trust issues, as in my opinion women tend to back stab alot from experience.

My ex & i went out for almost 3 years & broke up bout 8 months ago. Well, we stopped hanging out about 3-4 months ago. He lied to me about not having a girlfriend in another country. I guess they met thru friendster.com, so when he went there on march 2006 to visit his family, they also met each other in person and had dates when were were still together. I JUST found out about this last month,so now everything makes sense to me why he's changed and wanted us to really break up when he just got back from vacation.I had been wanting to break up with him but he wouldn't let me go.I just wish he did b4 he cheated. I'm finding things out myself cuz..let's just say their passwords on emails and all that are very easy to guess.Well, now they're getting married already! He's going to petition her! He DOESN'T know that I know. I've moved on too, but of course sometimes i feel this kind of weird feelings sometimes. What should I do? What do I do when i c 'em? we live in a small town.

My ex girlfriend verbally abused me and treated very badly. When we used to row she used to bring up a past ex boyfrined all the time telling me he was nicer to her and stuff. She would always moan at me for the slightest thing. I went shopping for her so she could put her feet up one day and i even got a call saying i was taking too long shopping. One night after a row where i had said hello to an old friend (a girl by the way) in town she went mad at me and wouldnt speak to me. I lent her a laptop to use and even though she wouldnt speak to me she wanted to ask me questions about the laptop and passwords. She mad me so mad i litrally shook her (i was quite drunk at the time, no excuse i know) but i was so frustrated by the way she wouldnt talk to me about us but wanted to talk about passwords. All she has done is get in my mind and slwoly drove me crazy using me when she was bored or lonely. Why am i missing her and why do I want to sort things out with her? Is she ever gonna change?

Maybe I am sounds a little rude here, but this is something that I really can't help but ask about. I am constantly seeing women come on here and ask about their boyfriends and ex boyfriends. "my ex boyfriend wants to be with me again, but he is always mean to me, should I got out with him".

I can't believe some of the questions I see on here. I just saw a question from a girl saying that men are the one's who always ruin relationships because they don't know how to love. I'm sure lot's of men ruin relationships, but I often wonder if some relationships get ruined because men get sick of listening to their girlfriend or wife complaing about every god damn thing on the planet.

I asked my best friend (who is a woman) for some advice about how to help me boyfriend cope with the death of his sister. He has become very depressed about it so I needed some advice. You know what she said? she told me to dump him ... I couldn't believe it.

Does anyone else ever notice this?

I think I may have broken the trust of my coworker, "Cathy". She mentioned in confidence to me that she was thinking about leaving her job because she was frustrated. I mentioned to "Sally" (a coworker and friend) that I was worried about Cathy because she seemed frustrated with work, and said that I was worried that she might think about leaving if the frustration continued. I did not say anything about Cathy confiding anything in me, nor did I flat out say that she was leaving or even that she had said she was thinking about leaving. Apparently, Sally mentioned my conversation with her to Cathy today, and distorted some of the conversation we had. Cathy is really mad at me (sent me an email). I don't feel like I broke the confidence, but I've been wrong before.

Did I infact break the confidence Cathy confided in me? I have to see both of them today. What should I say? Should I say anything? Should I trust Sally again? What should I do to make this up to Cathy?

It is a guy that i actually know too, i guess you could say it is unrequited love. I always had a crush on him, but he had a gf when i met my bf. Now i have been with my bf for almost 4 yrs, and love him very much and the other guy is single. I am still very good friends with the other guy and he recently told me he is in love with me, he is very good looking, so sometimes when i am with my bf (who is also very good looking) i fantasize about being with the other guy. He is a really good friend almost like a brother. We have known each other for many years. I recently have been having some pretty hot dreams about him. It's getting so bad that I am uncomfortable when I am around him. It's driving me crazy!!!! This is the 10 th time I have placed an add on plenty of fish dating site and it sends me this email telling me it's working , but when I try to logg in it works for like 10 minutes then it disapears, Nothing is there ? I keep trying ang trying, and nothing works. Can someone please tell me what I need to do ??? I registered atleast 10 times with 10 different ID. Nothing seems to work I did read their facts, and Im not doing anything wrong. Are they not accepting my IP address maybe ?? Please help

i have been fighting this all my life. i m 19 and i have been working for the past 5 years now trying to support my family and help pay the bills. i work 6 days a week like 30-40 hrs and i got to skool 5 days a week. but it never seems to be good enough. i give my parents my entire paycheck with the exception of like 20 dollers. my best friend lives like 5 mins up the road and i always have to give her 30 dollers for gas bec she never has any. but she spends it up her nose all the time. no one is ever happy i try and stretch my time out so everyone can spend time with me. but no one wants to spend time with me unless i have money for them. they always use the guilt trips and stuff and i can never say no bec i dont like people mad at me and all that drama. what can i do and can anyone help?

I did, and I almost got caught. Luckily my girlfriend didn't visit me at the office at all, but whenthe coworker found out that I had a girldfriend, it got pretty difficult there for a while.

Anyone else ever come across this situation?

I am concerned about my relationship. Recently my fiancee has started talking with a girl he went to school with and that was cool until I found out that she sent him pics of herself where she was half naked and I also found out that he told her to only call her while he is at work. We have a great relationship, we spend a lot of our time together, we skydive together, he's my best friend, and we love each other very much. This would be a picture-perfect relationship except one thing is lacking: the romance. As sweet as he is, he doesn't know how to be romantic. We've discussed this several times, and he always says that he has been used to dating the "goth" girls who didn't care, and not a more "girly girl" (like me I guess?) who wanted romance. I think I first brought up this topic with him a few months ago, and since then he has made no effort to start adding romance into our relationship. I'm not asking for him to buy me expensive presents or anything like that, just the little stuff, like a love note every once in a while or him tellin me he can't take his eyes off of me. He tells me that he loves me all of the time, and he says that is how he expresses his love.... but to me "I love you" and "you mean the world to me" say two totally different things.

Ok, so here's the story and please do your best to follow along as it is about as ugly and muddy as it can be.

I owned a company which started small and exploded into a big monster, one in which I worked around the clock. In the meantime, my wife and I had two kids, a house and all the fixing's, but we became very disconneted.

To be fair and honest and run the risk of being "boo'd" by you all, I had an affair with a co-worker that started small and grew over time into a relationship.

My wife found out and we agreed to work it out and stay together, but I worried about our future after this ugly event and she would shut down from time to time, even with professional help.

I would bounce back and fourth with each of them and I honestly lived a life in termoil even after the affair, never wanting to say goodbye to my family.

Now the house is sold, I'm with the girlfriend and I can't say goodbye. I'm just getting "it" now it seems and my wife is now at a different place ..
