You can't avoid sexual attraction when dating someone, but absence of it is not necessarily a bad sign. It depends mostly on partners' previous experiences and sex drive in general. For example, if you fantasize about sex a lot when alone, but not when you're with your partner,it's a sign that something is wrong.
