Ummm lots of times i find im not acting like myself, or im acting overly happy to compensate for my moments of extreme sadness and depression, I know im defenetly not normal right now..and Im scared to tell my parents im thinking this way. i want to get better and act like any other normal human being. I guess alot of the time, I feel like i dont have a voice, i dont have a unique me who thinks and acts like a unique individual, so i find myself having to answer a question but not really feeling like im talking like myself, when i answer it..please help i need alot
