He'll have to prove it to you that he's trustworthy. I'm not sure that there's anything that you can do. He has to be able to prove to you that he's only interested in you.

Well you have to be honest with yourself and know that he is going to find other girls attractive. But you have to have a conversation about this to find out if he plans on hanging out with other girls. He has to be honest with you and then you make a decision about whether or not you want to be with him. It is not cool to find out later on that your bf has been hanging with other girls and especially if he didn't tell her he had a gf. You may need to ask him if he even wants to be in a relationship.

We can never tell what will really happen in the future. As long as you love him, just be patient. Men are just like that, as long as he doesn't break you. I think he really loves you. Don't ask him questions, sounding that you don\t trust him. it will only make him crazy. Its either that you give him your trust again or investigate on your own what's really been doing.

Once trust has been broken it is very hard to get it back. You need time. He needs to be totally honest and opened with you all the time. If you catch him out again then you must leave.
Good luck
