I wouldn't because, it will seem something was going on while you were with him in the first place. You could come between friends and that is not a pretty sight, plus you don't want to be the one everybody will blame. Unless your ex "sincerely" approves, (and we rarely do that with a clear conscious, men or women) I would ask myself if I were being played for a fool. Don't end being the conversation during the Super Bowl!

well if your ex was going out with ur close friend, wouldnt you be pissed off? if you still care about him, then i guess it would be wrong, but if you dont feel anything for him, it could be ok.

I dono't think it matters for you. The person who should be asking is the close friend, but it really doesn't affect you.

no because how would you feel if your closest friend went out with a boy you dated(who you really liked). you have to put it in perspective of your feelings, & your friends.
