First off, we've been friends since the sixth grade. When I ran off from home and I went to his house... he let me stay... which was kinda awkward. I came real late, he opened the door to the guest room and put me in. I don't think he was use to company since he was in his boxers... it was hot. Anyway! He has been really kind to me. He has a girlfriend, and I feel bad that I never asked him out earlier... what should I do?

Keep it to yourself for now. Remain his friend because, that is the most important part of your relationship with him. You just don't know what tomorrow will bring. It may be that you find someone else and the four of you might end up just hanging out together or he may end up falling for you. You just never know. Remember though, his friendship should come first. You want to remain a part of his life.

I would say it depends on the relationship he has with his girlfriend now. Maybe jokingly say " I wish I could find someone like you" Hint around a little without pushing it. If the relatiopnship he is in now is bad hint more, If it's really good though you should move on but remain friends.

ok well this is going to be quickly dismissed but:
do what feels right.
secondly: how about telling him how you feel! isn't he your best friend--- and if he doesn't like the concept--- ask him to put up with it for a while because uh... 1) he's your best friend, 2) odds are, no matter how awful this sounds, it'll pass. eventually.

Just be patient and when he breaks up with his girlfriend or if he does then you should take a shot at it and dont be scared just come out with it.
