Hi All,

I am a male, 31, from india. I lost my love, my wife recently. She thinks that i dont love her and she went with one other person.

I am not able to forget her and am in deep depression. How do i get out of it.

I thought i look for one friend on this list who could chat with me and share my sadness & happiness (though less happiness right now).

What do you think ?

I've had lazy eye since I was like two and I had surgery to correct it early on and then I had to wear an eye patch. And I wore glasses like my whole life so that helped it too. So I don't think it's THAT noticable on me unless you like stare at me one-on-one. Like my eyes move slowly and not together. If, say, my right eye looks to the left then my left eye will just stare straight on. But when I just look straight, they look normal. It's just when I move one of them it's hard to move them at the same time...it's like one of my eyes move, and then the other follows.

So, should I get surgeryto correct it some more? I heard people with lazy eye usually get at least two to totally correct it. And I only had one. Plus I heard people with lazy eye have a harder time driving because their range of depth isn't as good as "normal" visioned people.

And does anyone know anyone with this condition or have it themselves? How did/do you/they deal with it?

Very complicated problem. I've known this girl a year now, when we started hanging out a year ago she had a b/f and that lasted for about 6 months. She got pregnant by her bf, confided in me and said she was going to have an abortion. After she had it she wouldn't talk to me for 3 mothns. Now we're talking again but I cant read her. She says she likes me and every time we get drunk she cries and says I'm the kind of guy she wants to marry in like 5 years, but every time we actually talk about our feelings she proceeds to not speak to me for a week. She's spent the night a few times and being a gentlement, I would always let her have the bed and I'd sleep on the floor or couch. Last week she got mad at me when she woke up and realized I left her on the couch and went to bed by myself. I don't know if she's just confused or likes messing with my head. I won't even date any other girls who want me because I want her and she knows I do. Should I give up or what? I'm so confused!

i was in love with a jewish girl. (i'm christan) we come from a well off area, and she was really wealthy, in a sense. She lived in a big house and i lievd across town in an area that wasn't as fortunate. i attended a community college for a few years and she had bigger plans, and planned on going to a great school. she was very intelligent and had a bright future. and i just didn't feel up to par with her, because in all honesty, i wasn't. she liked me, but stayed withsomeone else. he was attending a great school and was rich as ****. she told me she liked me more but something kept her going back to him. do you think this had anything to do with it? was i really nhot good enough for her?

Whole earth lover -

Forget about your foolish pride,
I'm on your side,
Open up your heart and show me what's inside,
Now I'm lookin for a certain kind of love,
The kind that likes to leap without a shove,
I'm gonna let my heart lead me around this show,
Gonna let my conscience be my guide,
But only so far can it lead me,
You gotta take me to the other side,
And when we make the cross to that line that we know we cant erase,
I just hope you can open your heart and hope for feeling,
Cause theres so much more behind the way my hearts beatin,
Maybe I'm just dreaming, just imagining,
That we're in world where when we cross our hearts we mean it,
And there are no I love you lies.

I've been writing for some time now and I'm just wondering what you all think of my "poem" I hope you enjoy it.
Please give me your feedback on it...
Ashley~

I have been talking to this guy and he is very repressed about tthe discussion of sex. He happens to be a virgin and I am one as well, but he believes that women intentionally cause him to lust after them. Is this a red flag? I am happy that he has decided to wait until marriage to have sex, but some of his ideas are kind of crazy. He is also struggling with pornographic material and lustful feelings. Are guys like this dangerous?

over the death of our son. We lost our only child 2 years ago when he was 2 years old. Obviously it was heart-wrenching and traumatic. I recently became pregnant even though I was on birth control. I am now three months pregnant and my husband says he is not ready for this, doesn't want to replace our son, doesn't want a baby now, etc. He has even started grief counseling again. So, any ideas on how I can help him through this? And should I be feeling guilty that I'm happy to be pregnant again? This should be a happy time but it's only causing tension in an otherwise great marriage.

I find myself being really jealous about others when I find out they are engaged (like family and friends) or seeing the rings on stranger's fingers. I know it's because I want to get married but my boyfriend and I don't have the money to do it right now even though we know we will sometime in the next few years. How do I keep myself sane until then? Any (serious) advice would be appreciated. Thanks

My live-in boyfriend and I aren't having sex. Not by choice, either. He is always saying 'I'm too tired'. He says he wants me, but nothing is happening lately. NOTHING. I don't know what to do. Anyone have any ideas?

I find it hard to find true friends, now that I am studying all on my own, staying in another state. I have lots of friends, but people kept betraying me, backstab me, and do lots of hurtful things. Sometimes, I'll get upset when I find out that I ws not invited out together with a bunch of friends.Nothing is wrong with my personalities.I'm just lke any ordinary ppl, that study often, hangout, and I am very obliging.I never say no to others.I help ppl as much as i can, that is how I want others to see me as, a caring and fun person. Unfortunatele, I nv really have good friendship with ppl.
Why is that so?

Dated for three months and I am 30 she is 20. For the last six weeks she stopped the sex, affection, kissing, cuddling, everything but calling and hanging out. When confronted she says its her migraines, low libido, and that she is not feeling well. Naturally, we got into lots of arguments and fights because i thought she wasn't into me. Three days ago she dumps me because she says she is tired of not giving me what i want or making me happy that she is sick of feeling like she is doing something wrong. I just wanted to be treated like a boyfriend. Not get yelled at and just a simple holding hands would have been enough for me. I called her twice and texted to apologize for any selfishness. She told me by text "I think we shouldn't see each other till i feel better. It's too hard" that is all she said. Was I selfish and if so how do i get her back? Or was she just never in to me and used her health as an excuse? I am filled with guilt was she just too young? I am confused.

my ol man and I opened our house up to a friend who needed a place to stay for a while about the end of september. We were under the impression that she was going to look for a job so she could afford her own place. during this time she has only looked at one place only to not have any luck and has not looked else where. she gets child support for her son who is with her mother and that is what she pays us a meer $50 a week to stay here. She has some gross habits that we can no longer stand like her eating six or seven meals by the end of the evening and alwys running the electric up. one day i found some of my personal items in with hers and she lied about it . my husband and i can not have a liar or a thief in our home but she has been a good friend for years and helped me out SO much in the past i hate to be mean but she cant stay here anymor ebut also has no where to go please help me

I started thinking about what a world might be like without sex taboos and restrictions, but with reliable birth control and std prevention. I mean, we’re moving in that direction right? Conventional wisdom is that men want to have sex with as many women as possible to spread their seed, but women invest more into their children and therefore are choosier because they have an instinct to want good genes for their kids.

I read an article that says women are good at finding cues in guys faces as to whether they’d be a better fling or a better provider. Turns out, when women ovulate they are most attracted to men with features that suggest strong testosterone – hotties if you will. However, for the rest of the month, women want men with softer features that are more likely to provide a stable life.

So, if there were no sexual taboos, and instead of being conditioned to want to lock up ours and other sexuality, we were raised to not be judgmental and jealous, I think it might go something like this: men would still try to get as much action as they could, but women’s preferences would tend to divide men into two non-excsusive categories: hot guys for hook ups, and guys who are long term material. In fact, I think they do this now – but instead of doing the hook up thing in their twenties and settling down towards their thirties, they might do both at the same time. Have their hook ups using protection for thrills and satisfaction when they need it, but for the bulk of the month be with their partner and have children with him.

Its not unheard of. Most bird are monogamous in that they have life partners, but most females still have sex with young males with high testosterone during prime fertilization, while an older male maintains the nest and assists in raising – most like because he’s had sex with the female much more over a long period, making the eggs not unlikely his.

So what if our world was organized like this? Would women enjoy it? Would men enjoy it? What role would you most likely fill? What role would be the best/ worst, and why?

My gf and i recently got engaged. We want to get married sometime next year but we haven't set a date. Her parents are saying she is too young to think about getting married and say that we both need to finish school and start our carriers first before we should even talk about marriage. I have a job that pays pretty well and supporting us wouldn't be a problem, we do both go to school because we have goals, but our goals have become each others goals. We are not selfish, and put either of our needs before the others. I am 21 and she is 19, so yes we are young but thats not the point, what i am trying to ask is how do i try to get her parents consent for the marriage. They tell her she should wait untill she is around 26. I know we can get married now if we chose to but it would mean a lot to both of us, especially her if her parents supported our decision. I know that they are just trying to ensure a good future for her. Bottom line is we will get married, just how can we get support?
