She is probablly just a tease... how does she act around your other guy friends. If she is actually hitting on you there's one way to find out... ASK HER! Just be like hey, are you doin all this crap because you want me to do something about it or just to watch me squirm. It's not like she's going to get mad at you for asking or something she's evidently doing it for one of the two reasons.

she probably digs the control she has over you. chicks like to see the way they turn guys on. and if she can tell that shes gettin u all hot and bothered,she has gotten exactly what she wants. she most likely desires the attention you give her and thinks she gets it from her sexual behavior.
another possibility is that she likes you, and wants you to make the first move so shes trying to bait you in by teasing u a little.
