Why do men/women always say "baby its not you its me"?And what the heck does it mean????????

I am in a relationship with this amazing man. He is great loooking great job, huge heart, very trustworthy, me neighbour (hee hee), house on the lake, incredbily caring etc etc....

The problem is I have been disagnosed with an anxiety disorder which is leading me to believe that I have fallen out of love with him?!?! I dont want my feeling to change....I still enjoy spending time with him, making love to him, I love to please him as in making him lunch, dinner, etc.....and I still trust him...

But this is where the problem lies....I convince myself in stupid ways that I am annoyed by him. Like I analyze every emotion I have about him....If something annoys me I analyze it to the point where I convince myself that I am not in love with him

I do not want anyone else and I want my feelings to come back again...He's a great guy and I want to be with him forever.

I like it when he expresses his love for me in person but HATE it on emais and letters..Idont know why???

i am a student and he works all the time. i don't have much money but would love to do something special for him without him having to pay. i dont have much imagination for this kind of thing. this will be our third valentines day together and i want to make him smile. we both live with our parents which doesn't give us much chance to do something in the house but any ideas for the bedroom would be appreciated!!!!!!

i have liked this guy sam for ages. he's such a nice guy. a couple of weeks ago, through friends sam and i started to become friends, i was so happy.

i was at the gas station one night walking out and there he was. so we talked for a while and he was really nice, then i told him i had to go and we kissed. my life was COMPLETE! i walked on smiling and he tells me to stop and he says he shouldn't have done that and he's sorry....thats does he mean by that!? does he like me or what? why? it really hurts. i had liked him for months before he even knew me and then this finally happens and BAM.... he's 17 in a couple of weeks.

i don't think it was a spur of the motment thing. he looked me in the eye, put his arms around me and kissed me....i just don't get it.

and before yous say anything, no, it's not goning to lead to sex.... yea, other people of my age do, but i'm not going to. i will NEVER let anyone tell to me otherwise. if they don't like...tough.

I have noticed that if a women is single in church and happens to be divorced, other women treat her like she is some sort of whore. I am single and my ex is a dead beat father and husband we divorced because he wouldn't stop drinking and he did cheat. if I even smile at a man in church the women assume I am up to no good. It makes me not want to go to church if that is how they show you love. I get dirty looks all the time and I know I would not try to "steal" someone's man...any advice? I also notice that if I am around anyone's husband they will start talking about their marriage as if I am suppposed to pick up on thier hint that they are happy It makes me feel like the biggest sinner in the world because I am divorced and like I am some sort of failure

OK here's a funny one.....
My wife, like most other women, I think, hates using any bathroom other than that in our house. Germs, comfort....I understand that.
BUT she takes it too far. If we are out in public and she needs to go she will hold it...hold it.... making me miserable and cutting what we are doing short. Then she has to make an emergency piddle in some place and the time allotted does not allow for a careful choice.
When she has the "15 min warning", which I swear becomes a "2 min warning" in only about 2 minutes, why can't she just seek out a more acceptable bathroom then?
Example: At Applebees....she won't go there, she waits until we are out the door and 5 min down the road to bring it up. Then 5 min later we are in an emergency and we are forced to a 7-11 or something nasty and she complains about the dirty bathroom.

TO BE CLEAR she does not have incontinence issues she just refuses to seek out a bathroom until she has no choice.

Isn't this silly?????

I wrote about my guy friend who "can't get a date to save his life" in 2 other posts. He is very insecure & self-hating. He is a nice, very inoffensive person, yet b*tches at the bar are really mean to him(1 or 2 times, he literally got slapped at hello!). People suggested that he find a nice church girl, but he is NOT the church type! He is AFRAID of chuch & feels guilty when he (rarely) enters one! He told me that he's waaay more liberal than most churchgirls he's metThey also suggested him finding girls at places of "nerdy" hobbies, such as libraries, video games, etc...but he's not into any of that stuff either! He could *try* to get into video games, but it'd be more as a way for him to try to get girls than anything else. So basically, he's too inscure/shy for the obnoixous bar scene, but he also doesn't fit in with the churchgoers, computer geeks, etc either. He doesn't seem to fit in anywhere! (Oh and PS, I am NOT an option for him)He's at a big disadvantage. What should he do?

Ok people are asking if I went out with the player guy or stood him up. I was going to stand him up and kind of play this cruel joke on him but he called me like 10 times trying to tell me he was not a player and all of that stuff (yeah right) so I went but I showed up late. I was raised in a religious family (Pentecostal). My oldest son is 17. He says that he doesn't believe in God. This really bothers me. He claims to be gothic. He wears black clothes, nail polish, dyes his long curly hair black and wears eyeliner, chains, studs and anything else he thinks is shocking. I have always encouraged my children to be individuals and I don't have a problem with his physical appearance (he looks like Gene Simmons). I think he is a very good looking young man. How do I find out if he really doesn't believe in God. I find this so hard to believe. Any advice would be appreciated. I worry for his soul.

A complicated situation. A friends with benefits relationship with 35 year old mother of 3 divorced with bipolar. She already had another friends with benefits relationship with another man who had been living with his girlfriend for 3 years.

The mind games were:-
1-Telling me she was having sex with a person she met in nightclub but did not tell the other man
2-Going on dating websites to find other men and not telling other man (I thought this was ok as at least she was trying to find someone more suitable)
3-Deciding she didn't want sex with me, didn't want to date and was happy with relationship with other man

I then informed the other man what she had been sleeping around (unacceptable i know but done in heat of moment)


Were these mind games acceptable? What would you have done in this situation?

Most people I have told have said she treated me like s**t, to forget about her although they said I should not of told the other man

this guy has been chasing me for ages.

We have met up a few times and kissed.

after we have met up, he doesnt contact me and he ignores all my messages. why is this???

months later, hes back on the scene and the same thing happens again.

he does want to take things futher sexually.

i realy miss my long distance ex gf. we were perfect together and we always said we would be together forever. i was stupid and she broke up with me cus i anoyed her and was a little to controlling. it was my first relationship and i live an hour away from her so maybe some people can understand why i would be like that. but now she like all of a sudden hates me and ignores me and likes other guys. i just dont want her to erase me out of her life. she says shes not gunna give me another chance, but id live my whole life trying to get another chance with her. everyone says move on but sometimes u just cant. ah i duno wut to do.

My 15 year old daughter got into drugs at school, and had a near fatal overdose 7 months ago. She will be leaving her rehab center in a matter of weeks and I am scared to death she will fall back in with the same crowd. I can't afford to move away, and private school is also not an option, because of the costs. Do I lock her in her room? Do I follow her around everywhere? She is clean and sober and cries to me to help her stay that way, but I was totally blindsided by her drug use once and I dont want to go through that again. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks! Also, if it makes any difference, her drug of choice was cocaine.

Myself and my ex broke up back in June and about 3wks ago I heard from him again. When he saw me out one night, he text. It ended badly so at first I was angry at him but he text again the night it would've been our 3yr anniversary saying he wishes he could change things etc. I thought I could be friendly with him as I don't want to go back there but I'm not sure if I still have feelings or not. Sometimes I'm angry at him, other times I think of when things were good and laugh about it. Now he wants to talk and explain himself and discuss why things went so bad. Thing is, he didn't contact me when he was with a 21yr old girl after we broke up (he's 26). He say's he just can't get over me but if he couldn't get over me why did he go out with someone else and why did he leave it to contact me when he's not with that girl anymore. I feel I've changed a lot since we were together. Why do you think he contacted me after all this time?

See my biological parents dies in an auto accident when I was 2. I was raised by my aunt and uncle and was brought up as one of the family. But always felt like the black sheep of the family. I married at 18 and moved out of state at 21. I am much older now. But they never accepted my first or second husbands. Around five years ago I no longer got Christmas cards from anyone that was suppost to be my immediate family. Not even one for my children. Then come to find out that one of my "sister's" had a baby sometime last year. I was never told and still do not know what it was or how old it is. Then I find out through the grapevine that my other "sister" had breast cancer, had complications from it and had passed away. Once again, I knew nothing of it. I don't let it get to me anymore and it has made me a stronger person. But deep down the pain of not being recognized is still there. Anyone want to give there input would be appreciated.

would not have such an "off limits attitude" towards married men, married men would not feel like they are trapped in a relationship and that other women in general would not be taboo. Therefore, there would be less cheating and sneaking around.

When does it become inappropriate to have a friend of the opposite sex? I don't tell my wife everything about my relationships with my male friends, should I have to with my female friends?

It seems as if married women do not want their men to have women friends; and women do not want to be friends with married men. But men seem to have no problem with it. Is it that women do not want another woman talking to their man, so they do not talk to another woman's man? I think women don't trust women to do the right thing when confronted with the temptation. What say you women?
