Because sometimes it really is them...they may still like you but not have that connection with you. I've had to tell this to a few people and im sure you will aswell. It just means that that you did nothing wrong its just not what they are interested in right now. Sometimes people have issues that cause them not to be with someone (some people are really telling the truth).
