My common law husband and I have been living together for several years and have a child together. The child has my partner's last name. I am divorced, and still have my ex-husband's last name. This drives my current partner crazy. We do plan on getting married "some day". My partner wants me to legally change my name now to his.

I would like the same name as my child, and would very much like to get rid of my ex's name. Should I change my name now or make him wait until I'm married to him legally?

1. Why is it that a ***** like Tyrese can punch his girlfriend in the stomach and she's pregant with his child and she stays with him?
2. Why is it that the ****** that cheat, beat there girlfriends up, curse them out, stay out all times of the night keep there girls around?
3. Why do females sings songs like the Fantasia song"I need a hood boy", or Shareefa "I need a boss" and go after guys like that and when they get a good one that does anything for them they run over him, and use him?

I have never been in a more desperate situation as I am now...
She is in my mind every single moment...Thoughts of her bring tears in my eyes and I am not afraid to cry though I am a man...In her i have found the dream I never dared dream of in fear of it never coming to be...
And I cannot do anything about it because she is dating a friend of mine...
I have done everything to make their relationship go better, I even talked them out of fights on several occasions...
We have spent endless hours talking and found that there is nothing we dont have in common...And never,not once,have I let her see my feelings...
It is not a crush...It is not excitement...It is not me being jealous...
I would NEVER do anything to hurt a friend's feelings,but still I am dying...I think of her and I cannot breathe...

Yesterday I went onto the computer & my husbands e-mail was up. Normally I don't look at it, but the very 1st message was from a sex chat sight advising him that he had 3 matches in/near his town. 1 of them sent a naked picture of herself! I know that my husband looks at these sights & I wasnt really bothered by it until 6 months ago, I was on the computer & this woman kept popping up asking me for sex chat. She thought I was him. I couldnt get her to stop chatting with me so I called him on it. We had a huge fight & I ended up telling him he was Disrespecting our marraige & vows & he appeared to understand. I have not seen anything since, until yesterday. I confronted him this morning about what I saw & he was actually upset with me for looking at his e-mails. I know he has not cheated, but I feel if this doesnt stop, he could. Should I continue to talk or stay elsewhere a few days to prove a point? He never apologizes for anything which makes me angry. Am I over re-acting?

Hi there...my husband is stationed away from me. He has threatened divorce and froze all our joint accounts with USAA. USAA said they will not help. Can or will the JAG lawyers help the "wife". I am 3 hours away from a base. Military One Source gave me the runaround. I'm at my witts end. With him yanking the funds...rent was not paid. What can I do? My children and I are now 120% desolute and state agencies will not help until a divorce is final.

After a bad fight about a week ago my live in fiance told me she needed space. I apologized profusely but it just seemed to make her angrier. So I temporarily moved out.

She called me on Wednesday to talk about something trivial then let me know how hurt and angry and upset she was about the fight. She told me not to call her unless I needed something. She also said the dogs missed me. And when I told her I was looking for roommate she told me not to do anything till I talked to her.

When I asked what our status together or apart she said she didnt know. She said she wasn't going to see anyone else, but she didn't care what I did. She said why should it matter what our status was, and to just do whatever my conscience tells me to do.

After hearing her out I sent her an email to her work that she wouldnt get till next day, just apologizing and letting her know things could still be good between us, but I would leave it up to her to contact me.

How will things work out?

I know that my boyfriend is cheating. The bad thing is, he is not just cheating with 1 other ...but 2. (Maybe more) I'm 15 weeks pregnant with his baby, and I love him. We have been together for 3 years. I know one of the girls he is sleeping with, and I found out by snooping through his voicemails. He has no idea, and I know that it was wrong on my part, but I just had a feeling something was up. The woman he is cheating with is 10 years older than me, he's 11 years older than me. I'm 25. What is scary, the woman I know he is cheating with use to be my manager when I was bartending. (I believe she might have a finance) (not sure) but she did a year ago. I am hurting so bad inside, and as much as I want him in my life, I don't think I could ever trust him again. How can I tell him it's over? Should I just end it and give him no reason? Or let him know he is busted? When I accuse him of things, he gets really defensive, and acts like he doesn't care if we stop talking or not. HELP!!!!

Yeah, hi everybody! So, this girl of my heart is having her birthday this month and since last month I have been preparing a birthday card for her - which I made by myself. But, now I actually doubt if I have to give it to her. And is a birthday card enough because I am afraid that if I give her something else, a present, than I would look like a weirdo since I would be the only boy to give her a present?

I had really liked this guy and by best guy friend had told him this i like him. He said that I was cute and that made me happy. When he finally asked me out i just couldnt say no. After one day he decited to break up with me. I had no idea why. I didnt rush into anything and I didnt even call him anything over wowing. Then I asked my friend to ask him why did he do that. Its like this - i'm a 28 year old woman who works as a PA in london. Basically, i'm trying to change jobs and am going to wear a smart skirt suit for my interviews. I would really appreciate it if you give me an honest answer. Ok 2 years ago we got a dog, a chihuahua. My mom went crazy over him and she NEVER let him go. The year after that we got a yorkshire terrier and she started going crazy over that and treating our chihuahua like dirt. She put him inside a small room but let the yorkshire terrier run around the house. When I ask her why she's so mean she always says it's because that chihuahua doesn't know where to wee and he sheds. And it's always a lie. In front of PEOPLE she says that. But to me she goes on and on and on about how terrible my chihuahua is. I like my chihuahua better than my yorkshire terrier because my chihuahua is loyal since i had him since he was a small pup. And I can't help it I want to keep my chihuahua. And my mom's keep telling my dad to sell it. And whenever I say no my mom snaps at me and tells my dad to shut me up. What do I do?? I want to keep my chihuahua!!
