Hey, today was my first day at a new high school and I knew it would be hard coming to a new school in January but i didnt think it would b this hard. I can't find any of my classes, it took forever to get my locker to open and worst of all i don't know anybody! Everyone is already in their own little groups and it doesn't seem like it will get easier.

Is it usually like this the first day? Will it get any easier? How do I make new friends?

My boyfriend broke up with me through email. I replied back to him and said that he should of come to me and talk face to face and that if he had done that then we might of been able to at least stay friends. He was my best friend and now I have no bf and no best friend. It feels very lonely right now. I don't really have any family. I live alone with my dog. He sent me back an email and said he was sorry I was upset and wanted to know if we were still friends and if he could talk to me when he sees me. I really want to take a stick and beat him with it. Should I try and be friends with him? Should I just ignore him? Should I give him dirty looks when I see him? We work in the same place so I will see him sometimes. I know this is wrong but I want him to hurt just as much as he hurt me. I also miss him very very much. This was just last night that he broke up with me.

My current GF's Exs' had cheated on her so many times.. hell her last one gave her an STD and is currently wit the gurl that he's been together wit for 7years(gurl he cheated on my girl wit). Ok now me and her been going through some serious problems cos i made the mistake of snooping on her and going through her stuff, but i have never cheated on her nor thought about it. Although she still talk to her last EX, I still feel i'm could win back her heart more than the other guyz who had cheated on her.

Well, I hadn't talked to the guy I like since before Christmas break.
And today during lunch I had to go to one of my teacher's rooms to get something...and he was there with a group of people.
He leaned foward and said "How's it goin'?" And I said the most stupid reply...."Hey" and I smiled..I don't like being asked What's up or how's it going', I never know what to say..
I know that sounded stupid, but whenever I see him unexpectedly, I get really nervous. Heck, even when I know I'm going to see him I get nervous.
But my question is, will he think anything of me for saying that instead of a better response?

We have been together for nearly 5 years, unmarried, no kids, we're 24, and were virgins when we met.

He cheated on me in november in a one night stand and confessed all by himself three weeks later-there was no way I'd have known or found out otherwise.I told him I would forgive and forget until I found out that he had her number and she slept over in his apartment twice (he said nothing happened either time tho).When I caught him lying about calling her and getting texts from her I dumped him by text.

When we met up 2 or 3 days after that he wanted to get back together but I asked if he was curious about other people and he said yes so I said we should take a break and see other people over Xmas.

He slept with someone else on thursday 22nd, and he said it was awkward and boring,and he didn't enjoy it, he says loves me and can't wait to see me in the new year.

I'm supposed to be meeting him tomorrow.

Any advice?

Is this something he can just get out of his system?

I didn't really make this clear the first time I asked it... But no this question is NOT about my girlfriend! It is about a co-worker! I have this really annoying pest of a woman bugging me everyday! Last April me and boyfriend took in his 15 year old son , he was getting into some trouble back home and not respecting his mother . My boyfriend and I live together , he works offshore all the time , he might be home 4 days out of the month . His son was with us for 8 months , he moved back with his mother two days before Christmas , Everyone tells me and he tells me also I have helped him a lot while he was here , I miss him a lot , we picked fight all the time , he said I was a better mother then his own mother , he likes that I spend time with him , and that he can talk to me about anything , he has told me things he never even told his own parents , the things that I feel bad about is that although I miss him , I am glad he is back with his mother , I have been a single mother for 10 years , I still have one son at home , he is 17 , now I feel free , I can do things for my self , spend time out ,after all these years I feel free . But should I feel guilt ?????

My boyfriend of a year is a good all around guy, but there are some problems. I have severe depression, and right now he's just making it worse! It seems like he just doesn't want to spend time with me anymore. He's home during the day and I'm in school. The second school lets out I'm so eager to see him, but he high tails it out the door and goes over to his buddy's house. We got in a big fight today because I had a really bad day. I just wanted to come home and see him, but instead he invited his friend over to our house. I broke down and told him my depression's really bad; I don't want people around I just wanna spend time with you! So what does he do? Goes to his friend's instead. Am I being unreasonable by throwing such a fit over him going to a friends? Or do you think I have a right to feel upset?

I am a 42 year old single mother of a 15 and a 17 year old. I have a job that makes slightly more than minimum wage. I am in a very unhealthy living situation, because of my financial situation. I would just like to provide a peaceful and safe condition for my children. My children and I have been through alot in are live, but have never given up. We need help. I have found more independence and my feelings have changed: he was unkind to me during those three years. However, we have a long past. He wishes to rebuild our relationship and has done many kind things. I know it won't be the same and part of me wishes to find the love, care and companionship we once had, but am reluctant to forego the new life I found during a six-month split. Has anyone else been in a similar situation? What was your experience? I know nobody can tell me what to do, but I feel I'm in a constantly evolving situation. My current problem is that he wants to move back into the family home and I am not sure I want that yet. However, I no longer feel despair and I no longer wish to find retribution. Help.

I went out with this guy for nearly two weeks and then my parents said no. When it comes to character, would you stay friends with someone who was doing terrible things? I don't know how people can "support their friend" while watching them wreck someone's life.

OK people always say how important it is to not be judgemental, but I think this is silly. People ARE judgemental. They might keep it to themselves, but we all do it. Look at the answers on here! Everyone is.

An example: a (just divorced) woman I work with has had an on-and-off affair with a married man at work for over 2 years. Everyone knows. Nobody says anything. Her husband found out (hence the divorce) but his wife doesn't know. Everyone says "Oh, I don't want to be judgemental?" To me this girl may seem nice but she is morally bankrupt. He is a jerk too I just ask about her because I know her well - him not really. I am polite and friendly, but I won't socialize outiside of work with her (she wants to "hang"). So everyone thinks I am "judgemental". Am I not right on this?
