Rape is rape, no matter if the person is your husband or a stranger. If you didn't consent to having sex, it is rape. Look it up on the net, there are lots of spousal rape groups that can help you. Remember that it is not your fault no matter what. Get help even if you don't leave your husband. No one has to know if you reach out for help, but do reach out to professionals who can help you. No one has the right to violate you, NO ONE.

Rape is rape and no matter what he thinks, I would really leave someone who done that to me, you deserve better than to be mistreated, sex should be something shared and thought of as a blessing to share with your husband if he has to force you then he isn't much of a man. I would not allow my self to feel any thing but disgust.

That's still rape--it may even be worse, as it's sodomization.

It's more difficult to prove rape in court if the couple is married, but there are precedents. It isn't a wife's "duty" to allow her husband to treat her however he'd like.

yea, rape is rape, although you should be carefull about how you throw that term around, especially when used to describe your spouse.

i know the common statements, you don't have to give in to his sexual apetite or abide by his rules or whatever the case may be

then again, he does not have to abide by your rules or help you in any way and blah blah blah

all in all it starts the breakdown of any decent relationship that has taken time to build up

i dated a girl who i was intimate with, and one time she did throw it in my face, we were discussing something, just a basic scenario, not even an argument, but it led to this subject. i wound up dumping her and not looking back, she asked for an explanation and this is what i told her

we should be partners, allies in life, but when you take something like that and wield it as a weapon against then you are nothing more than a common enemy, and if you are the enemy then we should not be interacting as we do

be carefull how you weild your weapons in life, they may destroy more than what you bargained for, and once the damage is done then its that much harder to rebuild

Its still rape. But if he would have forced it in your mouth, I think that is not rape. I of course, am kidding!!!!!!! That would be the most idiotic thing a rapist could do, you could just bite it off then.

If he forced himself on you after you repeatedly told him no, then it is considered rape. It does not matter if you are married or if it is anal sex. If it is reported after it happened, doctors can sometimes detect forced "entry". But he can not get in trouble if you did not verbally tell him to stop.
