well, u could do a few things....
1. grit ur teeth and tell him anyways
2. drop hints
3. nothing at all
its all up to u, but i think the best way is to take it into ur own hands and tell him on ur own anyways. it takes alot of guts to do that, and it will show him that ur not scared of taking risks and that u r confident in urself and open =] i wouldnt count on hints to work, guys are bad at catching them usually. what can u lose? just go for it! if he doesnt like u, his loss! and if he does, GREAT!! u can do it, dont be scared.

I understand how you feel because I been in your position. They way I learned to get out of my comfort zone is to act normal around the boys. Sometimes it is helpful to hang out with girls and guys too. If you have a friend who knows this boy, then have her or him help you invite him to a party or just to hang out at the movies.

Know what? Guys are like girls, in the way that we like little things done for us. So maybe invite him over for dinner or find out his favorite candy bar and his birthday and suprise him. We like that kind of stuff to. Or you can play the 'secret admire' card. But in the end he needs to find out it's you.... just don't get scared.

if you will not say you will lost him....think this matter seriously in your mind and be prepared. If you feel shy on face to face talking write a letter or e-mail or do a call and express yourself gradually instead of attacking. go and tell.

Just talk to him and be friends and if things go good then you can tell him or try to get into more activitys and be social...dont be so shy... :)
