okay, I've been working out for a few years myself. And I think I look really good myself, so its not that I worry about other guys. Just wondering thats all.

Nope nothing wrong with bettering yourself. I looked hot when my bf and I met, but now he looks better than me. He did it for himself and all I can say is "wow"! So enjoy.

Maybe she's trying to keep herself fit. Be thankful instead of worried. The guys may look at her because she's amazing but she's with you. Worry too much and start to lose trust in her, and soon all you'll be able to do is look as well.

No, be glad she wants to take care of her body. She may look good now, but the older you get the slower your metabolism gets. So if she starts exercising regularly now while she's young she will not have such a hard time keeping in shape when she's older. You should go work out with her. Than you can get sexy together!!!

No u shouldnt be worried. Maybe she has some outfit she wants to try on for u and wants to look really good in it. Maybe she jsut wants to look good for herself. Why dont u jsut suggest that u guys go to the gym together and get in better shape?

Good for her for doing something good for herself. You should support her and not worry about whether she is out to impress anyone else. Be sure to compliment her often because you know there will be others out there who will. Maybe you could both work out together.....

If you are healthy, then you should want everyone you care about to be their best. The idea that if she improves, she will move on to someone else is just an expression of a real lack of self esteem on your part. Leave her alone to do what she wants to do and work on improving your own self-image so you are not so self-doubting and nervous.
