He has asked me out to the movies twice, and both times when we went his guy friends were with him, I was the only girl there. We've met up with friends at a dance club and both times he has only danced with me the whole time. He also invited me to his house and we stayed up talking all night. He has never, not once, tried to kiss me or anything, not even hold my hand. He has sometimes called or sent text messages like "what's up sexy" or "good morning" like 2 0r 3 times a day, and then won't call or text for like a week or two. I really like him but I just can't figure out if he likes me or not and I am embarrassed to tell him i like him. I don't want to seem desperate. It seems when he begins getting closer his just runs away. please help I am confused! He is not known to be shy with women and his friends consider him a ladies' man. Does he just want to be my friend or does he like me? If he likes me why doesn't he hit on me?

My friends and I need a buddy system for clubbing when we go out together because we don't really have one and we need one. We're not stupid or anything but it will be a heck of a lot safer incase one of us is introuble.

I'm kind of debating whether I should tell her that a particular person thinks she is rude. The person said this isn't really a friend to her, but more of an acquaintance (think erm...boss and employee relationship).

I really don't want my friend to be upset by telling her this news, but then wouldn't real friends tell their friends if someone was talking behind their backs?

Do you think you should talk to an ex if you still love them and they are doing there own thing now days. First, I just want to say that he is very loving, caring, and I am so happy to be with him..but there is a problem that comes up sometimes. He is also 6 years older than me. He thinks he has the right to tell me what to do. He knows I dont and wont listen to him all the time but its really getting on my nerves. Like he will tell me that I need to find a better job, that I am on my computer too much, that I check my email too much, that I need to fill my schedule with more things, that I need to save more money, that I need to move out of my parents house (Im still in college trying to save $!)..basically he just gets so bossy sometimes, it drives me crazy! Everything I do, he has to have a say that usually comes off controlling. A while ago we got into an argument about him talking to an ex of his (that he has sinced stopped) but at the time he told me "I am going to do what I want, not what you want, youre not the boss of me"...but apparently that doesnt work for me? What do I do??

How do you deal with this. Should I write him back. Should I not answer him. This really makes one feel worthless. How can you tell someone you love them and they mean the world to you and then they send you an email breaking up with you. It hurts so much! I just don't know what to do. He's in his 30's.

Several years ago I found out my husband was having long calls with his exgirlfriend. We had it out and he promised not to contact her again. Last year after our son left for the army I was packing up his things and found a letter from the ex to my son with a SASE (which he never used) talking about how hubby and she talked about "what might have been" how hubby has discussed every problem in our marriage with her since day 1, she still had feeling for him etc. I confronted hubby and he said I was jealous, they were just friends, he can't help the way she feels etc. I was going to leave but he said he wouldn't contact her again. Well come to find out they contact via MySpace, Yahoo, when my husband is alone at work they log in at the same time and her name and number are still on his cellphone speed dial! I have had hang up phone calls that I know are her, it says "out of area" so I can't prove it and he doesn't belive it. My heart is broken, I cry all the time and my trust destroyed.

I need alot of help with this one. Could someone help me?
My abusive boyfriend left me after he got offended when I

My very close friend is having a wedding. I am in the USA and she lives in Japan. She got pregnant unexpectedly to a guy she knew only for a few months. Once she discovered she was pregnant they got married immediately on paper. They are now having the wedding a few months later. I would like be there for my friend on her special day, but I know I will not be happy at her wedding. I feel like I am losing a friend and everything has happened to fast. The trip will cost a lot of money to go and I might miss a few day of school (I am in college). Does this make me a bad friend if I do not attending her wedding? Why?

I met this girl at the club and we hit it off so well. But she lives in San Francs. and I am in LA.
She's gone but I am ust CRAZY about her and missing her so much...
My logic tells me it is not possible for two just-met persons 2 have a long relationship..

I feel like I am very ready to have children, although I am getting over several years of depression. We have been married for 3 years and we're in our mid 20's. He is keen on having kids but is not sure if he is ready yet. Is this purely fear of becoming a first time parent or is he really not ready? How can we tell? He's a guy so he has no idea how to express his feelings even though he tries so hard (bless him!). I don't want to force him into anything at all but at the same time I don't want to put off having kids just because he's nervous. We could wait 5 years and he will still be nervous!

He drove more than 800 miles to give it to me in time for christmas. Its a beautiful bird, very friendly, but there is one problem...
It swears at my parents when they come to visit me. Nobody else, just my parents.
Do you think my friend really knew the bird swore? And how do I get it to stop?
I really dont wanna return this bird in the car (16 hours) listening to him swear at me.

p.s. what should i get my bestfriend for his birthday that is in 3 weeks?
