He has asked me out to the movies twice, and both times when we went his guy friends were with him, I was the only girl there. We've met up with friends at a dance club and both times he has only danced with me the whole time. He also invited me to his house and we stayed up talking all night. He has never, not once, tried to kiss me or anything, not even hold my hand. He has sometimes called or sent text messages like "what's up sexy" or "good morning" like 2 0r 3 times a day, and then won't call or text for like a week or two. I really like him but I just can't figure out if he likes me or not and I am embarrassed to tell him i like him. I don't want to seem desperate. It seems when he begins getting closer his just runs away. please help I am confused! He is not known to be shy with women and his friends consider him a ladies' man. Does he just want to be my friend or does he like me? If he likes me why doesn't he hit on me?

I went to the book store and bought the greatest book for my daughter called "he's just not that into you" It's an eye opener and she says it is exactly right. She is 22. I think it would be something worth reading for every girl from teen to marriage. It explains exactly how a man acts when he is interested. men say it is correct.

Perhaps he wants to send u the right signals but then holds back once he thinks it might put u off. The movie explains this, he wants to date u but he's shy to do it alone so he asks his friends along. I've never asked a guy out alone b4. Friends are a good fallback if the guy doesnt react the way he should or if he turns out to be the opposite guy that I like. Just wait for the right sign...or perhaps when the chance comes along after a few drinks just playfully ask if he likes u, u should be getting the right answer then! Good luck!

I would just be patient. Some guys are just more shy about coming right out and saying "I like you." By what you're saying, it sounds like he's obviously interested in you. It wouldn't hurt to tell him that you like him or have feelings for him because at least he will have to tell you how he feels. It might also not be a good idea to corner him and put him on the spot like that. I know it's hard but I would just try to be patient and if things are meant to work out, they will. Even though he may not have been shy around girls before, it might be a good sign that he's shy around you because he is nervous. Guys are just weird like this sometimes, but just go with the flow and spend time with him and things will just happen.

If he's known as being a ladies man, then you don't want to get emotionally involved with him. Let me tell you something about "ladies'" men - they need all that attention from girls to make themselves feel good - they feed off of it. So while he may think you're attractive, he's not into you enough (or into anyone enough most likely) to want you as a girlfriend. What he wants to do is keep you hanging on, THINKING that he might be interested, so that you'll stay interested in him and make him feel like the mac pimp daddy player that he holds himself to be. Other girls are probably asking themselves the SAME question regarding his interest RIGHT NOW, because he's giving them a heavy dose of charm too.

Maybe he just likes you as a 'friend'. And, likes other girls for MORE THAN 'friends'. I say that on account of you mentioned he 'isnt known to be shy with women'.
Solution... you can just ask him direct (or even with a text message). It might take a bold move on your part to find out for sure.
And, as for the last sentence of your question....... "if he likes me why doesnt he hit on me" ... well, maybe he doesnt hit on you because HE DOES LIKE YOU & has some repsect for you. Making a PASS AT YOU, or HITTING ON YOU really doesnt show anything admirable.
It's up to you if you want to
1) wait and see what comes about with this
2) talk to him straight out & get the answers instamatically

sounds to me like anger, frustration, and stress. is there a secret that your retaining from everybody? like possibly which you concept wouldnt count number lots yet are actually understanding that some human beings understanding could harm you? think of relating to the style you notice your self in life genuine now and in the journey that your no longer pleased with it, concentration on it! attempt to alter your self right into an more suitable you. and if that doesnt help, try doing greater issues you hit upon calming. like possibly get your nails performed, or have a spa day. or only dangle out with some previous acquaintances. and dont freak out. each and everything would be ok interior the top. so if each and everything isnt ok, its no longer the top. =]

Stop being available, stop answering his calls and if he is digging you.He will break his neck trying to get in touch with you.
