My friends and I need a buddy system for clubbing when we go out together because we don't really have one and we need one. We're not stupid or anything but it will be a heck of a lot safer incase one of us is introuble.

first of all, watch each others drinks, purses, coats, etc.

when/if someone buys you a drink, have it delivered to the table by waitress, not the buyer.

bathroom trips with another girl, but that seems to happen anyway.

A "crisis signal" to say you think something is wrong, like a double cough or something.

everybody knows each others cell and home phone, car and address.

at departure time, head count, and leave together or by per-determined signal.

a calling tree to say everybody is home safe.

If at all possible, drive up together. Watch each others backs. Check frequently with each other to make sure everyone is safe and no one of the opposite sex is bothering you or them. Make a pact that you drive to the club together and go home together. One person should not go into another guy's car. If you have cell phones, keep in touch. If the club is small, there is no need to use cell phones. But if it is a multi-plex, you can always text each other. If you go clubbing with any male friends, they are great to have around, just in case. If clubbers see women coming in with guys, they are less likely to hassle you. Good Luck and have fun.

Do you and your friends carry cell phones? If you do, make a pack that if one of you gets into trouble. Give each other some sort of sign and go call the other one on the cell phone and tell each other whats going on. You can be discreet with whoever your with; say you need to go to the ladies room or something or go the bar and get a drink. That way your away from the situation; and if your the one helping the person out in trouble. Make up some emergency and tell her you have to get with her and you need to leave ASAP.

You should have a check in system. One person should call a specific person who calls another and etc. Then, the last person calls the original caller like a chain.

Or you can just forward text messages. If the chain isn't complete in a certain amount of time (depending on the amount of people are involved), then the original person should start calling people.
