My wife is supervisor at a telemarketing firm? About three weeks ago my ex girlfriend was hired there and she now works under my wife. Granted my wife is very small (4 foot 11) and my ex is very tall (6 foot 5) 275 pounds, my ex rarely do her job or come to work on time. But my wife is afraid to tell her to do her job and to be on work on time. Knowing my ex when she sense fear she runs with it. She sometimes walk up to my wife stand over her and just look down at her until my wife walks away. She also told me that when she is in line at the cafeteria she would sometimes jump in front of her for no reason. It was a nasty breakup between me and my ex but the relationship been over and have not kept in touch (due to her alcohol abuse). I think my wife is afraid to action against her but it might cause her own job. How can I convince her to stand up to her.

I got this girl who I have known for the past 3 years, we are really good friends and once per month we get together and see a movie or go out to dinner. The issue is that she is currently in a relationship with another guy for the past 5 years, and to complicate things further, he was married when they started going out and just finalized his divorce (Or so he says).

They should have gotten married by now, but he kept on putting it off. In addition, a few weeks ago she told me she can't marry him until he gets a better Job because she now realizes by the time he pays his Ex wife Child support they will have no money.

Because she is going out with this guy, I have always kept my feelings about her to myself. I did buy her a ring for her B-Day and a necklace for X-Mass. I think she knows I like her, but because of her Boyfriend she will not express those feelings either.

Do I just wait this thing out and hope they split up, or should I tell her how I truely feel about her?

Hell just wondering what age you considered yourself a full fledged adult? By law we all know 18 we are accountable as adults, however, I think it takes longer than that. I would consider for myself around age 23-24 when I was done with my college party streak, living totally on my own--considering I was dirt poor, having a total adult relationship with my now current husband and now I am 28....and I am a mom...it is amazing what a few years do!!

Just curious what others think about this.

I have a friend and she is in love with her boyfriend but her boyfriend fooled around. She moved out and then he ask her to come back home so she did. I have heard so much about spouses cheating on one another. I know there are different reasons why this happens, but I think no matter what the underlying reason for this is the cheating spouse acting selfishly.

I do not mind trying my best to keep myself up for my husband and trying to please him in bed as much as possible, but I do not want to worry about someday whoever my future husband may be cheating on me because of any reason.

So, is there hope for finding a person that absolutely will not cheat?
