shes pretty young. and i dono what i should do. i know shes not in a mental state to decide if she should get married. what should i do

Talk to her about it. Tell her what you think.
But at the end of the day, the choice is hers to make.
Are you sure you are just not quite over her and are concerned because she has moved on? Are you feeling put out because she is getting married, and you aren't? Just make sure your feelings are not confused.

the only thing i can tell you is if you still love her tell her but that might not change her mind so be prepared for that. she needs to nake up her own mind in this. i was 17 when i got married and i had alot of people tell me not to get married that young and i know the more they told me not to the more i wanted to. sometimes in life you have to learn the hard way.

How is it your place to decide whether or not she should get married. If you truly cared for her you would let her be happy and not stand in the way of her happiness, which is what it sounds like you want to do
