Medically it could be checked by presence or absence of Hymen(A fold of tissue that partly covers the entrance to the vagina of a virgin)But believe me virginity is not just a membrane,one can be approved virgin medically but nobody knows what goes on in a girls mind........

ther's no for sure way of knowing if a girl is a virgin or not, although many people say if she bleeds when you first have sex then you know she's a virgin, but this isn't always true, because the reason a girl bleeds when she first has sex is because a small pocket of skin in her vagina that is filled with blood will be popped, often called popping a girls cherry, but sex isn't the only thing that can caus her cherry to pop or rip, it could happen anytime like during sports, or while running or even using a tampon, so really there is no real way of knowing if a girl is a virgin or not, and don't just assume that if you have sex with her and she doesn't bleed, that she was lying. because most likely she wouldn't lie about that, it's all aout trusting your girl.

Not even bleeding will tell you for sure. Many virgins do not bleed the first time they have sex. That's because the either have no hymen (piece of skin that is often broken during first time sex) or it could have been torn previously in a number of different ways (strenuous exercise, tampon use, etc).
So basically, unless she tells you she's not a virgin, there really is no way to tell if she is or isnt.

First off I think you are too young to be asking this question. If she has not lost her "virginity" then she is a virgin. That is for her to know and is really none of your business.

Why is it so impotent that you know? If she isnt a virgin does that make a slag or repulsive to you? It shouldnt matter if she's slept with someone. I sure she doesnt care what you've done in your past!

There is no concrete way to tell but there are ways of guessing.
1: Check if she has an untorn hymen or maidenhead. However this doesn't always tell you because not all women develop this part. Also many tear it through other activities, other don't tear it even with sex.
2: Ask her.
