Men are the way they are because of thousands of years of evolution. Beginning in the late 60's, society said we need to be more emotional, less aggressive, etc. So over a 40 year period, we are expected to undo thousands of years of evolution.

The same goes for the roles traditionally held by men and women. For example, as much as I love my daughter, I can't comfort her the way my wife can. We have a traditional marriage where I make certain decisions and she makes certain decisions. There is no 50/50. No organization works well with 2 bosses, but marriage is supposed to.

I think it there is a direct correlation between the changing roles of men and women and the increase in the divorce rate. Please save the male chauvinist pig accusations and consider my argument and respond with logic.

Thanks all.

I got into a heated argument with a male (figures) co-worker today over this. He said that the tape should be made public because people can learn a valuable lesson about interacting with dangerous creatures and see exactly what happened to Steve and see what mistakes he may or may not have made. He said the tape can be educational for those in the same field as Steve was. I say that tape should never be shown to the public. Who wants to see a man die? And what if his kids ever see it? Think how that would affect them? I just want to put this question out there to see what other people think? Would you want to see it? I know i don't!

So think of people who have children out of wedlock... not that its going to send you to hell or anything, it happens. But think of the child that grows up in that situation. What happens with them? Does the mother usually allow the father to have a relationship with the child? What if the parents never marry and still keep in contact, what is the relation like between the three people? How do you think the child will grow up and have relationships later in life, will they follow in their parents' footsteps?

I've always wondered this. If you grew up like this, please give a little bit of your childhood relationships with your parents, thank you.

Why does it take all day long to drive from LA to Tijuana with hardly any traffic? Everyone knows it only takes maybe 2 hours....

Also, I have personally tried to have relations (s*x) with my girlfriend (now wife) while driving and wow! it was pretty much the most uncomfortable position..and completely unsafe...

Can this really be done?

One thing I find odd about dating is the whole "being exclusive" thing. My impression of it is if a couple do not agree to be "exclusive" even if they're considered "dating" they can see other people. If that's true, then what's the point of being with someone if you're just going to do what you did when you were single?

If that's not true, please explain.

This girl I know at work (I consider her more of an aquitance, then a friend, she has stuck up for me one time when someone was giving me grief) but she always seems to be sarcastic with me and I really don't appreciate it. I'm not sure how to word it nicely without her getting offended. For example she'll make serious faces at work and I'll do it back or I'll be talking to someone and she butts into my convo or didn't know what I said and asks. Then one time which I found really rude she writes me a note saying she likes the color blue (meaning my underwear) but told me to pull my pants up I mean to me its' rude. Then she sends me a message over myspace saying to delete her and our friend Tara's pic off my myspace because I didn't ask them, its like they're my pics I'll put them up if I want to. Just that type of crap I don't appreciate and I don't want to fight I'd just like her to be less sarcastic with me and more nice. I complimented her a few times and she doesn't say thank you

he says he just 'likes me a lot"...we know and hang out with each others family--he's met my child, hangs out at my place all the time. Wines and dines me, take me on trips, says theres potential in our relationship BUT he just 'likes me"...IM CONFUSED...and it gets complicated because we're both each other's first exclusive significant other after our first love...

How often does a married couple have sex?

I'm getting married this month and we've saved ourselves for marriage although we've both had intimate relationships prior to meeting.

I feel that my need for sex is more than my significant other's.

As we have not had sex I need to know how it works in a marriage and how often married couples have or should have (for it to be a healthy relationship) sex.

Thanks.

I went to the movies with my friend and he actually went and checked what was showing. he asked me like twice a day for 3days if the time was still ok with me and the place. he was also a bit more nervous than the other time we went to watch cricket (both families went together).

There is a new guy at my girlfriend's work. My girlfriend and him started talking and stuff and added each other on facebook. One day, she told me that "she doesn't know if she's flirting with him." Next few days she IMs him saying that she broke up with me when we never did. She said that we "broke up" because of some stupid little thing. I discovered this on her IMs. I got mad and stuff. She told me that she likes him. After telling the guy the truth, my girlfriend gets mad. Now the guy acts sad and doesn't look at her; for some reason I think he's trying to get attention. He left comments on my girlfriend's facebook and continues to poke her even after "he doesn't care anymore" or he's mad. I have a feeling that the guy wants to be with my girlfriend and I want to try to find a way to stop it. She's working with him this Saturday almost a full shift. I want to know what's going on when I'm not around. Never in her life she was mad at me about something like this. HELP!

I'm engaged to marry my gf in October. She told me to watch out for women who will be more flirty around me because I'm now engaged. Why does this happen? the moment I told my coworkers I was engaged, some girls became more flurtacious. I love my fiance, so I'm not going to act on anything with anyone else; but still, why do girls like engaged/married men?

Well the story goes like this, i have been friends with this awesum guy for two years now, and we began talking a lot and hanging out and then we decided to start going out well it was great until my parents went from liking him to saying i shouldnt be dating, so i told him i had to end it and we did, and when i did i became depressed and i couldnt stand the fact i couldnt talk to him or see him, so the other day i went behind my parents back (after they told me if i ever went out with him again i would be sent to arizona to live with my not so nice great grandparents)and asked him out, and i've been happy, and i created an account that my parents dont know about to talk to him, and i am planning on sneaking behind my parents to see him, so is this a good idea or no???

You meet a guy who seems sullen because he doesn't talk much or smile, but you know he likes your looks and the way you act. You think he's hot but you don't know much about him. You're with some friends. Would you...

a) move away from him and talk with your friends.
b) try to get him to open up
c) treat him just like you'd treat anyone else

If I bang a woman in a different continent (like properly there is ocean between us) while my wife is still at home, and I do it in order to relieve my stress, would it be cheating? I didn't think so at first because i still love my wife and the woman i had sex wiv ment nothing to me, but friend at work said it was cheating, so i feel a bit guilty now about my trip to Fiji, I dont want my wife to find out cuz, she will make a big deal and it will be hard to make her shut up (you know how women are). The truth is this was the first time i had sex outside our marriage and it was only in order to relieve my stress

Hi you all, I was just curious here about 3 weeks ago, while I was working I see there was a new guy at the office and I had to give him some documents. Anyway the thing is that he looked at me in a very special way, and I must admit I enjoyed it. He is handsome but not the type of man I would date. First of all he looks older than me I have never dated a guy much older than me. at the most 1 year older tops.
But every time I see him he always tries to say hi to me and always smiles in a sweet way. I might be just me who knows lol. How on earth can I tell if he is interested. But we also work together so I dont want to push this too far since is work and dont want to get in troubble. But damn this is killing me lol. Anyway any tips please send them my way. He smiled again today he does say hello to me as soon as he sees me. But he is probably just being polite. Send me your coments please or advise on how to figure this out if there is anything to figure out lol. : ) thanks

well a while back i had a myspace, i showed mine to him and he got mad over a couple of comments that really werent bad, and at that time he had one also, but nothing on there. Well to avoid arguing i just deleted the whole thing, asked him to do the same and he assured me he did, and sure enough he hasnt. I noticed this one girl on his list that i specifically asked him not to talk to because of a certain situation that happened and he promised he would stop, but obviously he hasn't. He now set his profile to private so i cant see it anymore and he doesnt know i know he still has it...what do I do? I wish I could see it to make sure that it is nothing. What makes the situation harder is that he came clean to me and told me he cheated on me with some other girl. I was trying to make this work out for our children's sake, but now I don't know what to do, I really can't trust him.
